As an adult dance student I can share that my experience at Dance Dimensions has been great. The instructor takes the time to modify curriculum to meet the diverse skill levels in the class. I leave each week having learned something new. Dance has been a great way to relieve stress and just have fun!

My daughter has been taking classes at Dance Dimensions for one year now. She has loved every minute! The studio is Covid safe, warm and welcoming. Through the guidance of friendly, talented and supportive instructors, she has truly found her passion and I couldnt be more thankful for her experiences there. Ms Kim at Dance Dimensions is an absolute saint! A few weeks before out wedding my then-fiance and I were scrambling to find a way to prepare ourselves for our first dance. After sending out some feelers on a wedding planning website Kim reached out to us and helped to accommodate our every need. She gave us an amazing price for the three lessons we had and she bent over backwards to accommodate our schedule.On top of it all she was patient and caring, it was easy to see the genuine love she had put into choreographing our dance and we couldnt have been happier with how it turned out. I have had the best experience taking private tap dance lessons from Kim at Dance Dimensions. My mom and I decided to take adult lessons to fulfill a fun bucket list goal of performing a tap routine. Kim welcomed us with so much enthusiasm and was able to bring out the best in us despite having zero dance experience!Kim easily got a feel for what we were looking for and catered the classes perfectly. She was very skilled in quickly coming up with a routine for us to learn. She was very motivating and it was clear that she loves what she does. I love the family feel at this studio. You aren’t treated as just another dance but you are treated like family. The dance companies are always trying to find ways to give back to the community from performing at nursing homes (pre-COVID) to raising money for cancer research. The dancers see examples of what it means to care about others. My daughters learned that its a home away from home!

Dance Dimensions focuses first and foremost on the artistry of dance. While they do attend conventions and some competitions, the artistry is emphasized over the competitive aspects. The professional faculty are all friendly and their love of dance is infectious, as evidenced by my daughters growth there. The faculty and clientele are both diverse.The dancers learn the value of hard work in their dancing. They learn the importance of physical fitness, teamwork, and most importantly, how to have fun doing something they love.Dance Dimensions fosters a strong family ethic, with a remarkable community service component involved. Its not uncommon to see dancers who have moved on after high school come back to Dance Dimensions to continue serving the next generation of young dancers. For me, thats what stands out the most; the sense of giving back that develops in the dancers Ive seen since we started going there is the best testimonial to the quality of instruction at Dance Dimensions.

What can I say but THANK YOU Miss Kim. The mother/son dance you choreographed was AMAZING. We have the best memories. I cant thank you enough. Miss Kim is patient and the best teacher. Dance Dimensions has been the dance home for my daughter for 13 years. This isnt just a dance studio but it has become a second home. The family feel of this business stands out among the rest. Ms. Kim is a hardworking mom of a dancer herself and so she puts heart and soul into all of the students and classes. So much more is learned through this Dance program outside of just dance. The discipline, appreciation of the art of dance and teamwork are all built into the classes and KDC Dance Company structure. The value beyond just learning dance technique is what makes this studio stand out.

My great niece has been dancing at this a establishment Since she was 4 year old and she is now 15 years old. Dance dimensions is just an awesome place and very welcoming. Mrs. Kim is the owner of the studio and I have to say, she is absolutely incredible. She treats every dancer in her studio as her own. She spends so much time going the extra mile for every dancer to make them feel important and motivated. She is a cheerleader, confidant, and a strong leader for our children. It’s not just Mrs. Kim though, it is every dance coach and every member of the studio. It’s such a positive environment, filled with extraordinary talent. My daughters dance skill has increased ten fold being at the studio. She has had so many amazing experience performing and growing in and out of the studio all because of this wonderful place. It is a haven for our children in such a hard time.

We have been at Dance Dimensions for almost 10 years! We love all the teachers and couldn’t have found a better studio. The director has not only taught my kids to love dance, but so many other life lessons they will take with them once they graduate.

My daughters have been going to Dance Dimensions for 8 years since they have been in the three-year-old tots class.The fact that we keep coming back is a testament to the quality and the professionalism of the classes offered at Dance Dimensions.The instruction Is developmentally appropriate for the age levels as well as engaging and challenging. They managed to do all of this in a family oriented atmosphere where every dancer feels like they belong.

We love Dance Dimensions! My daughters have taken classes there for the past two years and both their dance ability and love of dance have grown thanks to everyone there. I recently enjoyed attending a Dance Dimensions recital that showcased all of the students in all age groups performing a variety of dance styles. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the performances. Everything from the dancing and choreography to the costumes and choices of music and lighting was very well planned and executed. I was happy to see how family centric this program is bringing parents and their kids together in a fun and creative venue while also providing a second home to many of the kids in the community. I watched my nephew transform into a prince surrounded by princesses in a fun dance number that I will never forget. What a sweet memory for all of our family, and what a great way to let him express himself and enjoy learning how to dance and perform on stage. There was a solo dance number by one of the young adult dancers that was quite mesmerizing as well. And, there were too many other great performances to count. Kim has done such an amazing job over the past few decades bringing her dream to life, and it is so wonderful that she has shared her dream and her amazing talent and love for teaching dance with our community and the neighboring communities.

My fiance and I took dance lessons here with Mrs. Kim and we could not have had a better time. She was extremely helpful, fun and full of energy. Gave us great tips and 3 lessons later we felt like we were pros. Great teacher. Definitely, definitely recommend for any dance occasion and will most likely return just for a fun dance class after the wedding.

Having a dance background, my expectations are high, and Dance Dimensions exceeds those expectations with a dedicated and talented staff. Classes in ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop are available for a well rounded offering of techniques.One thing that really stands out for me is that the dancers are happy. You can see it when they come to class, and you can see it when they perform as their personalities really shine on stage. The studio has a great group of students and a wonderful staff. Ever since my daughter started dancing with Dance Dimensions she has truly blossomed! The teachers are dedicated to teaching proper technique and focus on teaching the girls and guys the proper way to carry themselves. She has since joined the dance company Kinetic Dance and continues to improve month by month! I wouldnt take my daughter anywhere else!

I was hesitant just over 6 years ago to enroll my daughter in dance. I took advice from a friend to try a studio in town, AND....I havent looked back. My daughter, Maggie, has enjoyed every single minute at the Dance Dimensions Studio taking her classes. All of the instructors are very professional and really work with the children. They want your child to be not only a BETTER dancer, but a BETTER PERSON. From the staff in the lobby, to the instructors, to the other children.....all the way to the owners.......everyone always is happy to be there. I cant begin to say enough about the studio. Plus, the studio not only has a Summer Show to showcase all of the kids, but it is home to The Kinetic Dance Company, a non-for-profit organization. Your child can further push herself/himself through competitions, community performances, company classes, etc.... I recommend Dance Dimensions to all of my friends. Come and check them out!!

My daughter has been at Dance Dimensions for six years now and in six years I have seen her blossom into this beautiful and confident young lady. She started at the age four as a student and now she feels like she is at home with family at the studio. Mrs. Kim and her amazing staff of teachers have made a major difference in the development of my child not only physically but mentally and emotionally. I could not imagine having my daughter in the hands of any other studio. This studio demonstrates integrity, and teaches the students to have confidence in their abilities. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone.

Dance Dimensions does a fantastic job of welcoming new members, teaching a high level of a wide variety of dance, and keeping it classy at recitals. We dont have to worry about our daughter being asked to do inappropriate routines for her age, yet shes still challenged and always learning. Even though she is at the studio up to four times a week, she has never once has asked not to go, and she has never come home crying.... which is something we cant say about any other activity any of our children have ever done.

Tried out a first class free about a year ago and immediately felt unwanted the moment i walked in. i was on the phone with a potential college i wanted to go to, quietly in the corner, minding my own business waiting for class to start, when the teacher from the class that just finished walked out and saw me. i gave him a friendly nod and smile, as i would with any stranger i would make eye contact with, while he just gave me a cold stare. just stared at me and eyeballed me up and down, and proceeded to when he saw i was visibly uncomfortable. not a word. not a smile. nothing. just the coldest stare. i went in and finished the session and never came back.a couple months later, i wanted to give this another try, at a different time of day (very first class of the morning) and different teacher. things went well, very friendly teacher. but there was a conflict where the teacher had to cancel a couple classes in a row. we were given the option to make up that time by coming in earlier for class the following weeks or to get a refund. the entire class was on board for coming in earlier, but i, going to school full time and working exhausting closing shifts, need sleep. i expresssed this to them that i’m unable to get up earlier and they didn’t take it very seriously so i never got my money back.not very satisfied with the way i was treated here. may be good with kids, by what i see with the other reviews, but would not recommend to any of my dance friends around high school/ college age looking for a dance studio.

Dance dimensions is an amazingly well staffed and professional studio. A pillar in the bolingbrook community that operates with integrity and the premise that ALL people can dance! As a child I took classes here and now I drive from romeoville to make sure my children get the same amazing experiences. even I can pick up a class or be part of the recital as an adult...pretty awesome place to hone ones love of dance

My fiancé and I were in major need of dance lessons. We decided to take a private intro lesson with another couple with Mrs. Kim... turns out I wasn’t a good follower and this whole time I thought my fiancé was a terrible dancer. Who would of thought? Mrs. Kim is great in noting what the issue is and is very quick in adjusting to our needs. After this lesson, we decided to continue private lessons to prep for our wedding. Amazingly enough, 3 lessons later, we mastered the whole song!! Keep in mind, Neither of us are dancers. She’s definitely good at what she does and not to mention, is EXTREMELY reasonable with pricing.

Great teachers with a wonderful director. They offer ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop classes. The recital in June was excellent. Very good experience for your child.

My daughter has danced at Dance Dimensions for 3 years. She absolutly loves her classes! She is alwasy ready early for class and bugging me to take her so that she can be early. She would live there if she could. She has had 6 diffrent teachers over the years and has enjoyed everyone of them. As a parent I am very glad to see her coming out of her shell. She is far less shy than when she started. I also appreciate that the songs, dance steps and costume are very age appropriate. As a family we really enjoy everything at Dance Dimensions
