Wayne is fantastic! It’s a little bit on the expensive side compared a couple other schools. I would still recommend and will be back myself. However, do not accept any recommendations for Dr. Bruce Chien next door to do any medical exams…Bruce Chein made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe that I couldn’t even begin or continue my appointment. I have encountered rude behavior at a doctors office, but I have never been emotionally abused to the point where I felt uncomfortable or unsafe. He was very condescending from the very first moment when I simply asked the FAA website/ procedures within my first couple of mins of being there. He apparently didn’t not know the answers to my questions, but he responded with such aggressive and explosiveness that I no longer felt comfortable in his presence (nor prepared to be filmed by his camera shirtless which I was not advised prior). He told me “he was not going to argue with me and to drop the attitude or we are done” within only a couple of minutes talking to him (what I considered a casual conversation).In order to deescalate him and quickly remove myself from that environment, I advised that I can come back. It appears from other reviews, that his misconduct and disrespect has went unchecked for a while now….I should have not allowed the first red flag when he advised me to send my full SSN to an unverified personal comcast email account. Second red flag when he openly disclosed other patient’s confidential information while on a call with the FAA in front of me (including last four of their SSN, AME, his observations). His refusal to communicate procedures made this the WORST experience ever, let alone at a doctors office. I made the right decision to leave before starting the examination, due to my discomfort , his refusal to answer my questions and all of the red flags. This doctor didn’t properly advise me to make an informed decision about getting filmed shirtless for an examination nor am I confident that he will keep my personal information confidential. The incompetency of an explosive narcissist is what you will be paying for. Please ensure that he gets reviewed on his medical record keeping and safety of his patients before
