The staff and team here are amazing for emergency print jobs! I worked with Shelby and Nikki and there level of customer service is EXCELLENT!! I have always gone to another vendor for business related print jobs - I’m truly excited that I found a team that is willing to help and goes the extra mile to help support what could be an extremely stressful occasion. I had at least 50 ink cartridges to recycle, 3 boxes worth. Asked if I could get some help. I was offered a cart. They were not busy! No line at the register! Last worker was gathering boxes that she took to her car while I was throwing stuff into my cart. Then I had to get out of a 2 person line and move the cart to a different location in the store. Outside the door it says hiring friendly happy people. They need to work on that with the people already there! This all happened early in the morning. What will their day be like at noon?

Went to the shop to scan and PDF conversion of large size drawings. Shelby at the counter was pleasant to work with. The scanner gave some problems but after the magical turn off and on, we were in business. Shelbys intention was to help me and she was also proactively looking for other nearby locations in case the scanner was down. The scanner woke up and she was able to get the job done. Shelbys attitude was great, she had the helping tendency and was very professional in her dealing with a customer.

I went to this store to get my cell phone screen repaired. The Manger, Mike, was very friendly and helpful. He filled up the order promptly and repaired the screen within a reasonable time. My husband told him that I had dropped my phone a few times. Mike picked up a few phone cases/screen cover and had them ready when we went back to the store. He also helped us pick up a flash drive for our coming trip. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Needed 3 carbon copies double sided, called 4 other places with an estimate wait time of 3 days! Got ahold of Randy from the print center and he did it within a day! No questions asked! He even let me email him the forms! That kid deserves a raise and he knew exactly what he was doing! Manager was very friendly as well!

This place has everything you need for office and a lot more. Get K-Cups, cleaning, office furniture, computers and a wide variety of services. There is more here than you would expect. The service was excellent. They were very helpful to find exactly what I came in for.

Purchased the Magellan L-shaped desk online with PayPal and picked up in store within an hours time. Staff was friendly and courteous. Decided 2 weeks later to upgrade to the performance series. Called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Informed Alisha of what I was looking to do and she stated no problem on the return and they could order in store and have it delivered to my home. Went that evening to return the item and Mike the store manager helped me unload the return and helped with the new purchase and setup delivery to my home. I even asked if I could get a pamphlet of the new upgrade and one of the store associates was glad to help. This evening was one of the snowiest days of the year and they were going to close early due to no foot traffic coming into the store but the staff was willing to help me and stay open to assist me with my purchase. Because of the friendly and courteous staff, I will definitely continue to shop at this location even though it isnt the closest location to my home. I highly recommend the Office Max Bolingbrook location for all your office needs! Thank you Alisha and Mike for making my purchase effortless and seem less as possible!!!!

The only reason I came here was the price matching Amazon shipped and sold, i.e. not third party seller. I guess corporate changed that policy and they no longer allowed that. Now, I have no reason to come here. They sometimes have a good sales on certain items but typically they are expensive especially ink and toner. Get it online and save $20-$40 per cartridge. This review is more aimed towards their corporate policies but this store is ok. Staff is attentive but the place is a ghost town. Usually more staff than customers. Final thoughts, if you can wait, get your office supplies from online and you will save a lot more money, even Costco is cheaper.
