Weve been blessed to have such an amazing group of leaders, teachers, staff and students at Pioneer Elementary. Theyve all been instrumental in the development and success of our youngest child with special needs. Our older two also attended Pioneer and also had a very positive experience.

Unfortunately I can’t give this school 0 stars, the way they help with education is great but when it comes to other things this school is corrupt in its ways. My son was touched in his genitals by another student and I went to the principal she told me she would take care of it and two days after my son was touched yet again, I went back to the school and complained again and then a few days after my son was touched yet again and my son even got in trouble because he pushed the student away from him,the assistant principal said my should’ve never pushed the boy because he needs to know that putting your hands on another student is not ok, but according to them I guess letting the other boy touch his genitals is ok. when I went yet again to complain and just for them to tell me they are going to take care of the situation. Which of course I didn’t believe I even went to the district to complain, I went as far as making a police report. I asked for my son to be moved from class and they needed to have a meeting then they would make the decision if they agreed to move him from class. Which obviously they have shown me that they can not keep my son safe. They always told me they could not tell me when they did to the other student but to me it was obvious that what they were doing was not working because it gave that boy 3 different occasions to be able to touch my son. After almost 2 months of going to the school and calling they finally moved my son from classes. They gave me paperwork of everything that we did throughout that time which when I read it was inaccurate when I told them there dates and time were inaccurate they said they would fix it, they gave it to me and yet again the dates were inaccurate the assistant principal kept putting wrong information. My sons behavior has spiraled down ever since the incident, my son was doing better but then he had a broken wrist went to school and one day comes home and tells me another student hit his wrist, I went to the principal she said she would take care of it, never heard back from her. About a couple weeks later my sons comes home with his split unraped and told me another student squeezed his wrist and hurt him, I spoke with the assistant principal and she said she would follow up she tried to call me once and never tried again. Now my son is in 1st grade he had an altercation with a 5th grader that was calling him names and the 5th grader told my son told my son that he did not know how to fight and told my son to smack him and my son did the other student pushed my son and was going to hit him but my older son stepped in and got the 5th grader away from my son, the only one that got suspended from the bus was my son the 1 st grader. I went to complain to the school why was he the only one that got suspended from the bus they said because he hit him first, so I guess according with this school you can be verbally abusive but not physically, you can sexually touch someone but not physically it makes no sense. Or if something happens make sure its on camera or else they won’t believe you. This is the worst thing that I have ever seen go on in a school! It’s corrupt in its ways due to the principle and assistant principal handle the situations! So now my son has to try and move pasted what has happened at this school! Because they never helped him get some type of justice to what was done to him

My son goes here he Loves everything about his school.

I am in 5th grade going to middle school and pioneer is the best, these are the teachers I liked. Mr.kosson, mrs.schmude, mrs.hannahan, and Mrs. Clark.
