I only took my son here for TWO days before I removed him from the facility. His morning teachers seemed okay, but the lady who watched him at time of pick up was HORRIBLE! Blonde, heavy set, lip ring, hair in pony tail, usually works in the infant room.. You could clearly tell she hated her job and didnt like being around the kids. The first day at pick up she was rude about not knowing where my sons things were. The second day when I went to pick my son up she was literally yelling at all of the kids. My son said he was scared and wouldnt even let me set him down. She yelled like this at the kids from the time I got there until the time I left (at least 5-10 minutes). There was another teacher there and the owner when she was behaving this way. No one said anything to her about her behaviour. If she acted that way with a parent and two teachers there, what would she do alone?? When I called and spoke to the owner she said that they were her own kids that she was yelling at and defended her. As if that is acceptable either? I told her she needed to watch the camera because there were at least 5-7 kids there that she was yelling at. It doesnt sound like there will be any ramifications for this womans childlike attitude and behaviour. I even missed work for the next 2 days after this event because I would rather be out the money then entrust my son in that horrible womans care. One of her personal kids also had a HORRIBLE cough. I was told by the owner that it was a medical condition, but Im almost sure it wasnt because now my son has a horrible cough and is sick now. So on top of everything I have a sick kid that I have to take to the doctor.. which means Im out even more time from work.The day care did refund a small portion of my money back from the first weeks pay but it is nothing compared to the money I am out altogether because of this place. 10/10 wouldnt recommend!
