The employees were rude and unprofessional talking loudly about their personal affairs and issues at what I thought was the open register. I was redirected to a different register. I spent $18.25. I bought a pair of headphones that came with a plastic carrying case. When I opened the case up I noticed immediately small particles on the silicone ear piece. I inspected farther taking off the ear pieces covering and used a piece of duct tape to see what was falling out of this I thought new merchandise I bought. It was full of live head lice. I am completely disgusted and disappointed and glad that I noticed it before using them . I will not be coming back.

In this age of social distancing, I found it very rude that the employees at the bolivar dollar tree are not exercising this practice. When the manager Zach and his employee came into my space, I backed up to keep the recommended distance. He looked and said”oh you’re fine.” My reply was well I’m trying to figure out which way you’re going so that you’re not in my space for distancing purposes. His reply was calm down. There was nothing I calm about the way I spoke. There was no voice elevation or tone. Just simple information to stay out of my space. I asked that he please just respect the times and personal space to which he rudely said again to calm down. It’s people like this that are the problem and I am very disappointed in your store and staff!!

Bolivars Dollar tree is my favorite the ones in Springfield always seem to be out of what I need or the only thing Im going in there for. I try to make it a point to stop by bolivars Dollar tree anytime Im in town!

The sales associate was a little rude on giving me my sprite because my blood sugar was low but other than that it was a good experience

You can always find great deals there because its always a dollar. Many things have usefulness at a cheap price however there are many things that are absolutely just not worth even a dollar. Overall its a great place to get the small things that you do need.

Everything a dollar and it all is! Though most items were cheap there were a lot of items that would cost more elsewhere. A lot of items were small sized like liquid fabric softeners, bagged candies, but items like kitchen towels and pot holders, tissue and an amazing selection of cards for all occassions were well worth more, but still a dollar!Worth a trip to wander each isle.

Yesterday I was shopping there. I love the store for great prices. However...most of the isles had boxes of boxes from stocking the shelves. I shop at Aldees as well. I needed some boxes to ship some Christmas gifts so picked out a few. At the register I was told I couldnt have any because WE RECYCLE THEM. I even offered to pay for them. The Manager said no. My point is that if you refuse to let me have any you should put them in the back room!! I never would have been disappointed. So much for Christmas cheer.

Shelf are always empty

Found good foam board for making lightweight craft planes. Also got DARK CHOCOLATE MINI Milkyway midnights! Just right for diabetic craving.

The mens bathroom is completely disgusting. The floors look like theyre pee stained, the soap dispenser is leaking all over the wall. The handicap handrails are not clean, and they have rust on them. The cleaning supplies are left out to where kids can reach them.

I waited in line today, for 20 minutes to get checked out. Grrrr!
