New clients beware. Do not try to schedule your service using the website online automatic booking. I found out the hard way that it doesnt work. I had to wait 20 minutes outside when they were supposed to be open and still no one showed up even though I had an email confirmation. I left a note and replied to the email and then I called the next day because no one called me back. They explained that the online booking service doesnt always work. When I asked about rescheduling the service for 5 p.m. a week later they then said oh is 5:30 okay because sometimes students are not here on time. So if you schedule your appointment here you may or may not be stuck waiting for the building to open and or someone to arrive on time.I explained to them that this is very bad service and not acceptable and inconvenient.
I went to this sites website and made appointments, as stated in the websites appointment book. I even received an email confirming the times. So, I decided to call the location and confirm the price of the services. To my surprise, they said that the site is worthless (they dont make appointments through the site, even though it exists), that they dont work on Fridays and that there wouldnt even be time for the day I called. Please fix the site.
Barbara, the owner and Director of the school is professional and very pleasant to deal with. I walked into the school a 1/2 hour prior to closing and was eagerly accommodated by one of the students. Sonia did a great job with my manicure. Much better than he salons that charge $25 ( without tip). I was very pleased.Regular manicure is $5.

Wow! What a facility! This school offers ALL the cosmetology courses you ever dreamed of and the facility is brand NEW! The equipment is state of the art, and best of all.... classes are also available in Spanish! You should really go check them out when your planning your future!

Was hung up on when I called. I asked about their nail tech program and was asked if I spoke Spanish and I said no and then was hung up on . Very unprofessional

Perm fell out the next day after being left in for 30 minutes none of the students spoke English not even the instructor they put the curlers in big pieces and far apart not even I was afraid my hair would fall out at 30 min of processing I cannot give them even 1star
