For the most part, this location is great. They always have a large selection of just about everything one could want or need from a $$ tree store. Although limited, the staff is polite and helpful. Self checkout kiosks would be a huge asset. I sometimes wait in line upto 10 or 12 minutes to pay for my item(s). With self checkout I believe the profit margin could increase 200% or more.

Not far from the H street location, Eastside Chula Vista (few minutes away). Totally worth it, better shopping experience & instocks. Clean store and friendly associates with plenty of parking.

I will never shop here again. The cashier, Alexandra, was the rudest cashier we have ever come across. No hello or did you find everything ok, just Do you want a bag, they are 10 cents. After ringing us up, she failed to put all of our items into bags. When we asked her again can we have a bag for the remaining items that SHE FAILED TO BAG, she gives us attitude and snaps it will be 10 cents after we had completed paying for our items. My wife dug into her pursue for a dime, which Alexandra did not ring up?????. Never go to Alexandra at this Dollar Tree unless you want a good dose of rudeness. She must have called in sick for the customer service training.

I was on my way to a BBQ. And I didnt have anything to take to the BBQ. And I only had $5.00 dlrs in my pocket. I stop at. Dollar Tree Store and I got. A pack of hot dogs. Hotdogs bunns. A 2ltrs Soda. A large bag of 🥔 chips.and a bottle of ketchup.

This $Tree was very clean and speedy checkout.. Salesperson Gaby, greeted me as i entered and was very fast anf friendly upon check out... 👍👍👍👍

I really like this particular Dollar Tree even though the parking is not that great. Located in a small strip mall, it shares parking with the other businesses. It had everything that I was looking for and all for the cost of 1 item if purchased in another store. The clerk was very pleasant and wished me Merry Christmas when done ringing my items.

Definitely a good dollar tree. Very big, full of stuff, sometimes things that should be less than a dollar though. But I always find a lot in there every time I go. Staff is usually friendly except for a couple bad seeds that are not friendly at all and pretty much seem like they dont want to be there

The staff is very nice. They could have a little more organization through out the store. They do offer bilingual staff Wich is nice if you speaker Spanish.

I love the Dollar tree the most. The staff are really friendly, helpful and the store is fairly staffed. The wait times are really good even when the store is busy. They also have a very good selection of food there as well.

This store is great! The staff is usually very friendly.. except there was one her name is Lucy and she was rude like if she wanted us out of there fast. First off I bought about 10 things, and I know they dont bag stuff but when I asked for paper for my glass cups she practically threw them at me! So I guess they dont wrap glass things anymore as well!

Gina (cashier) welcomed us very warmly and set up the mood for the great experience that we had today at the store. We only went there to buy noodles (foamies for the pool) and we walked out of there with 30 more items! The staff were very kind expect for the one who kept watching me. It was slightly awkward. Maybe she was curious or something? But it did feel awkward. One of the other staff seemed a bit annoyed but the other staff were amazing. This is the cleanest dollar store Ive been too. Its amazing. Organized.

Although the Google maps site says they close at ten and I sinply wanted to inform them they very disrespectfully ignored me and didnt even mind to open the door right at 9:02pm to hear what I had to say. People coming in later at night simply to buy last minute groceries are bound to be upset, and of course right next to us was a frustrated couple dealing with the same issues. Not going there again.

Ample parking, fairly clean & organized, and without the sketchy characters that are usually at the 99 Cents Only Stores. Know your prices, though - some of items can be found cheaper than $1 elsewhere.

Come at opening time and was surprised to see the store a mess like it had been open for hours with people going through everything. Then out of the corner of my eye I believe I saw a huge RAT. No surprise given how unkept the store is.

The staff are friendly. Place is clean and organized. I find that they are better stocked than the other locations.

Would just like to say the staff was really rude today. The lady was mad at me for bringing my tiny dog in. Most times I dont take my dog to stores and I understand its unsanitary but she was very rude and insistent with no attempt at conveying the message politely. Had me irritated enough to come home and write a review. This dollar tree is usually very friendly but not with that woman . Ill just go to the one on otay lakes from now on. Much better location ; )

You would be amazed what they have here for only $1 and there are never long lines like the 99 cent or more stores. Designer bottled water like Propel and La Croix. 7 lb bags of ice. A solar flamingo or a solar hula girl. Fresh fake flowers! 24 oz of ice cream. Huggable Hugo the monkey. And if you are a little short they are hiring cashiers and stockers as of /4/24/2018.

The employees are nice and the store has great prices that is not completely cheap material.

My daughter had her heart set on some lipglossies and the cashier said she didnt know how to scan them they had a bar code right on them then she said she was going to be there for ever trying to scan them rolled her eyes at us. Then she asked the cashier next to her Olivia and she told her I cant do this this lady has 30 lipglossies and I only had 6. I had to leave them behind witch made my child sad it was going to be her first set of lipglossies. They both rolled there eyes at use. Then I asked about the friends and family 10% off the purchase and they said I needed to print it out and once again Olivia gave me a attitude and rolled her eyes. I dont appreciate how I was treated since we go every week and spend a lot of money there. Also the store on Broadway let me use the coupon off my phone. I went out of my way to go to this store since I live by the one on Broadway but they didnt have what I needed and they give me attitude and bad survive!!
