We need a 55 and older Mobil Home Park in the Bonney Lake area. There are many investors out there that can snatch up some good acreage here in the Bonney Lake area that seems to be growing fast but nothing for seniors that just want to put a Mobil Home on a rentable lots. How bout looking into this. Make a few calls with the contacts you already have to see if this would be a possible factor.
