I went too in roll and everyone was just so nice and helpful too me it was a breath of fresh air because I was so nervous..
Sorry. Just used their parking to take shuttle to the Highland Games.
Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute Watauga Campus was a great school. CCC&TI has a great learning environment, smaller class sizes and was a lot cheaper! Thank you
Where to begin? I have attended CCC&TI off an on for 4 years (only returned because they would not transfer my classes). Every time I walked into any administration office there were at least 3 employes on personal facebooks and pinterests (I have pictures to prove). Takes 2-3 days to receive any response via email. They made me pay for an entire semester that I did not even attend and took me over a year to get my money refunded (all because when I dropped a class the teacher had me still registered in her class). The vice president did not fix any problem I had then sent me an email called the Purge List that had a list of students social security numbers as well as student IDs on accident (which alone shows how responsible they are). O and to finish it off they lied about the cost of my classes and told me I did not receive any financial aid a day after I received my award letter. As you can see, save your money and time and apply yourself at a reputable school with reputable employees. It will help you progress in your future instead of holding you back like Caldwell Community College has done me. They are a disgrace to the educational system of caldwell county. Good Luck!
I spent 6 months driving back and forth from Florida in my impending move trying to get situated and registered for school for Fall 2011 Semester. In that time, I had to send my transcripts 3 times...drove several times straight from FL to Boone campus to meet with people on scheduled appointments that went home because they thought I was someone else. No follow-ups to emails or phone calls...ALL THE CLASSES I NEEDED WERE FULL when it came time to be registered because they messed up my records (transfer credits and a complete bungling of my financial aid) and I had to wait for them to resolve...long story short...this place WASTED SIX MONTHS of my time. What took me 6 months trying to resolve and get set up took me a day and a half at Wilkes Community College, AND I got all the classes I wanted. I wouldnt recommend this place, especially if you are out of state and planning on CCC&TI...as far as the actual classes; I wouldnt know because they made it impossible to try to be a student.
