We were so nervous to start our daughter in daycare but it has been one of the best decisions weve made for her! She loves playing with the other babies and all of the infant teachers are amazing...especially our daughters main teacher Ms. Jo! She loves her and gets so excited in the morning when we ask her if shes ready to go see Ms. Jo. Were so happy to have found the Bright Horizons Fan Pier location!

My name is Jackie, and I work at Bright Horizons at Fan Pier. I wanted to take a moment to share my personal experience with Bright Horizons not just as an employee but as a parent too. Ive been with the company for seven years now and have worked at numerous locations in the BH family. In my time with Bright Horizons, Ive never had to worry about finding care for my child because of one of the significant benefits of working with Bright Horizons in The Back Up Care benefit. Over the years, Ive used this benefit many times. My child has made so many meaningful connections with the teachers and long-lasting friendships with the kiddos!In current times many parents are stressed out about what to do without school-aged kiddos. Bright Horizons has my back again; theyve allowed employees to enroll in a backup care program specifically designed to assist school-aged children with their remote learning! I cant think of a benefit better than that, except maybe the Bright Horizons Degree Program, another service that I use. Bright Horizons has a benefit that allows full-time employees to earn their degree, 100% no out of pocket cost! These benefits have taken all the stress off my shoulders as a parent and as an employee. I can put 100% of my focus on the job that I love to do! Nothing but wonderful things to say about the Fan Pier center! My daughter has been going there for 2 years now and has had an amazing experience – both in the infant and toddler classrooms. The teachers are all incredible and make all the families feel so comfortable dropping their kids off each day. Ms. Nickie and Ms. Nahomi in the Toddler 2 room are the best! They do so many fun activities throughout the day between art, science, singing and movement and my daughter, who is now 2, has really blossomed in their care. I love the social interaction she’s getting - she’s always so excited each morning to go to school to see all her friends. The teachers are great about updating the app throughout the day so we constantly get pictures and notifications and, therefore, always feel connected to what’s happing in the classroom. Highly recommend this center!

My experience with this facility has been incredible. A++. The staff is incredibly personable and more importantly they are remarkably with my toddler. We have been with Bright Horizons since my son was an infant but due to covid most of that experience was age 1 and beyond and 95% of it during the Pandemic.Safety First: They take incredibly precautions to ensure their staff’s safety, my child’s safety, and by proxy my whole extended families safety. And this is just discussing their pandemic precautions not their everyday center safety precautions.The educational experience has been first rate. We notice a huge difference in the weeks our son goes to daycare and the weeks we have opted to keep him home. He gets experience in language, art, and movement I could never equal at home and best part. I am not left out as a parent.We get solid updates daily from the teacher (with pictures!!!). And Bright Horizons offers wonderful webinars for parents that have been extremely helpful over the past year, as well as monthly center meetings for parents at our daycare (remote for now of course).A++ our family would be lost without our second family at Fan Pier.

The whole Fan Pier team is AMAZING! They made the experience of bringing my daughter to daycare easy and stress free. The curriculum was wonderful and I felt like she was learning new things every day. Additionally, the teachers truly care about the children and they seem to only hire the best of the best. Special shout-out to Miss Johnesha and Miss India!!! Would recommend this center to anyone living in the Seaport area or that works in the Financial District.

Our infant was enrolled at Bright Horizons for about seven months pre-Covid, where she received excellent care and education. The small class size meant she received plenty of individual attention, and her teachers Ms. Johnesha and Ms. Gennavive were very in-tune with her needs. Through the centers app we received numerous updates throughout the day, including when and how much she ate, naps, and pictures of the fun activities that happened every day (including art with Ms. Lydia and music with Mr. Harry!). The rooms were clean and very well organized, and the staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Bright Horizons was able to provide exceptional infant care and I would happily use their services again!

We had our daughter enrolled at Bright Horizons Fan Pier for 2 years and absolutely loved it there. The staff was incredible and the curriculum was amazing. Our daughter learned so much! If we didn’t move we would have kept her their much longer! Thank you BH!

We had a wonderful experience at the Fan Pier location. They took terrific care of my son from infancy to toddlerhood. Ms. Jo, in particular, was amazing. She made handing over a 16 week old baby into someone else’s care much easier than I thought it would be. Overall, a great place to care for your little ones.

Friendly staff that helped my son transition from nanny to daycare. The center is very convenient if you live/work in the area and the hours are great!! We had a great experience and only left the center because we moved.

I’ve been an employee at this center for 5 years! I was hired to open an infant classroom! They staff here have always been friendly and extremely helpful. I enjoyed caring for young infants and developing special bonds with the families!Fast forward 5 years I have grown in the company and I am now the Infant/Young toddler Education Coordinator! BH is a company that loves to see their employees succeed! They are very flexible and accommodating when it comes to the staff. They also offer a free educational program where teachers can get a degree in early childhood for free!!! Definitely one of the best places to work!

We have only positive things to say about BH Fan Pier - we have loved everything about being there! Our toddler is treated like family, being cared for beyond the classroom, and is genuinely excited to go in every day. The teachers (Ms. Patty and Ms. Keyona) are so creative about the kids activities and we love the hourly updates and photos that connect us to the classroom, as well as seeing all the art that is sent home. Thank you to the all-star Fan Pier team for making our time at the center so wonderful, even during COVID! We felt safe and cared for.

I recently used Bright Horizons at Fan Pier for emergency drop-in care. The Assistant Director Jackie was absolutely wonderful to speak with and so helpful when it came to booking last minute care for my daughter. She helped me through the registration process which was quick and easy, especially for such a last-minute reservation.The teachers, Johnesha and Erin were amazing! They were so warm and welcoming which made it easy for my daughter to adjust as it was her first time going to a daycare. More importantly, it gave me a sense of peace leaving my child with someone new for the first time. They sent me pictures and updates on how she was doing all day via a mobile app. When I picked my daughter up, they were so friendly and more importantly my daughter was a happy little girl! I was so happy to hear how well she did on her first day and what a pleasure she was to have in their classroom.The facility was clean and inviting. The entire process from start to finish was super easy! I would highly recommend using Bright Horizons Fan Pier drop-in the program if you are ever in a pinch!

We love Bright Horizons at Fan Pier! Our daughter has been there for almost three years now, and our second daughter will start there next year. We can’t say enough good things about the teachers, the staff, the facilities - everything. They have done so much developmentally with our daughter, way more than we could’ve done on our own, and it’s very noticeable. I highly recommend this center.

Our 2 children were enrolled for a year and half. During that time we experienced infants, toddlers, and preschool programs and cannot say enough amazing things. The teachers are incredibly warm, welcoming, and make you feel like part of a large family. The daily app with pictures and reminders of upcoming events was incredibly helpful. Additionally, the center did a great job at hosting regular family events - from pizza in the park all summer long where I could take my 2 little ones home (tired and fed straight to bed!) to parent workshops. Beyond the regular teaching staff, their enrichment teachers are amazing too. It takes the stress off of me on the weekend knowing that they are getting music, art, and sports all incorporated into their weekly curriculum while at BH. You also just cannot beat the location. Thank you for all you did for our family!

My oldest daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for 1.5 years and my husband and I couldnt be more thrilled with the education, socialization, creative art projects, and love that she has received. We are gearing up to send our second daughter in a few months once my maternity leave ends. We considered hiring a nanny- it would be easier on our mornings and our bank account!!! But we feel the Bright Horizons environment has done so much to make our older daughter thrive that we want our second daughter to share in the same joy. The center is clean, the teachers are dedicated (and beyond loving), the app is phenomenal- as working parents we are always informed of how the day is going! If you are considering a daycare environment, definitely take a look at Bright Horizons Fan Pier!

This center is awesome. We used it as a back up daycare while we were attending a conference in Boston and our LO loved it.The staff are friendly and very helpful specially Jackie, who helped us to receive the care we needed for our LO; the center is clean and they have an amazing curriculum. I have to mention that the teachers are very experienced and caring, we had miss Ivy, who is absolutely amazing. Our toddler spent four days part time there, he was happy and never got nervous at drop off. I highly recommend this center to anyone who cares about the happiness and education of their LOs.

I just wanted to convey my heartfelt thanks for the care that you provided for our daughter during the school vacation week. She enjoyed every day that she was at the center, made lots of friends and the experience was pretty much a mini-vacation for her. Joi is a great program co-ordinator and explained things very well to my wife and I. We felt very comfortable leaving her at the center for the day.

Excellent teachers super education my daughter when she came to Boston she was speaking just French after one or two months she started to talk normally in English and they helped her to passe the changing in her life which was moving to another country , so yes it was a very good experience for us :))

Both of our children attend BH at Fan Pier. The care they receive is incredible. The teaching staff are so dedicated and so engaging with the children.
