Unfortunately I only had 4 weeks at ELC Boston but I am very satisfied with the school and my progress. The school is in the center of Boston and you can do anything by walking. The puplic transport system is also next to the school. I can only recommend this school.

Outstanding experience.I have spent at ELC 4 weeks preparing for my IELTS exam. I would definitely recommend this school. I had Janet and Dave as a teacher. Both are great. They are able to explain material in an easy fun way and always helpful in answering your question.The staff is amazing. They always try to make sure that you can get the best possible experience and outcome. I really like just talking to them on a daily basis.Finally, I achieved the score I required. I believe that ELC played a key role in my preparations. So, thank you so much for that. I will stay in touch.

Lost hundreds of dollars after EF didnt refund the money I paid for my France trip that was CANCELLED because of COVID-19. Worst experience ive ever had with a school.

It was a good experience. I attended ELC for only two weeks and I improved my English skills thanks to international students and young teachers. During my short experience I had the opportunity to attend some events organized by the School such as the visit to the Fine Art Museum and the visit to the Isabella Gardner Museum. Each afternoon its possible do something different. I strongly recommend ELC :)

Im 50 years old and I always felt me well integrated. In Switzerland I was well advised to go to ELC. The beginning was difficult because in writing and grammar I had very little experience. The teachers supported very professional and friendly in all forms the students.In the classroom, the number of the students was always optimal. Seven weeks are gone quickly and Im already missing the teachers, and I would like to come once more to ELC.It makes really fun note how much Ive improved English.

ELC is awesome! Teachers have passion to teach and office staffs have passion to help student! I really appreciate them. Moreover, students in ELC are from variety countries. I met a lot of friends. In addition, ELC has very good programs not only to study but also to have fun!

ELC is the best school to learn English, the teaching is personalized and you will have a new family among your classmates. The school is very well located in Beacon Hills, a few meters from all the each train lines, all bus lines. All this allows you to get where you want very fast on foot or by public transport.

ELC is great! I took the Cambridge course and the teachers are awesome! I learnet a lot from them!If you take one of the Cambridge tests, you will have to study hard but it is worth it.The center is really fun and all the stuff is very very friendly. They are always organizing different after school activities which is really cool because you not only get to meet other people but also have an amazing time.

The school is very well organized, there are a lot of people that work for.the afternoon activities are almost interesting, but always the same.what i like is the building and the organization inside, what i dont like is that sometimes there are too much people inside the class and it is not good for learning.

It was a great experience. when you study English in your country , you always have someone to translate something for you, but here you try to describe a situation and the instructor help you. And some one are very serious.Best

Wish I could give 0 Stars for this place. Rude administrator. I was supposed to take IELTS General Training test at this location. I was not given an option for online payment, so I had to go to the center to pay for my test. 18 days after the payment they sent me a confirmation via email with out mentioning the module of the test. As it turns out, on the day of test, I found that they registered me into the Academic module. I raised the issue to the test admin, who had no idea of how these things work and asked me to email the centers coordinator. After 2 days, I received very rude email response from the coordinator. I tried to sort things in an amicable way by going to the center, to my disappointment they are not the kind of people who respect peoples time, money and efforts.I WOULD RECOMMEND TO AVOID THESE GUYS. IF YOU ARE TAKING IELTS TEST, YOU BETTER TRY SOME OTHER LOCATION!

The academic program was good. My classification was perfect.I thing I improove my conversation, listening and vocabulary. I would have appreciate to work more on my prononciation.The activities after class are important. I enjoy it. Its a good way to know other students.

I Have been there for 9 months. During the that time all teachers and stuffs have helped me a lot. I had gone there as a intermediate level and I graduated as advanced level . Also I got my English proficiency score with the help of everyone at Elc. Thus, I became a master student. Normally, to make comment about something in the internet is one of the annoying things for me but now, I feel like when I write this comment I will help also the people who wanna learn English and look for language school. Sincerely, when you attend this school you will find the best teachers who try to make you learn during all classes. Staff will be helpful for every time not only for your problems with school maybe they will try to help in order to solve your personal problems. if they cant, at least you will see that they will root for you as emotional. The best thing in every language school is to make friends from all around the world. You will find wide diversity at Elc. I dont know how but every time there were students from Europe, South Amerika and Asia. You will meet with a lot of different cultures, traditions and world wiews. It will make you person who knows a lot about other life stlyes. During all my study time, all stuffs and teachers were so welcome for every differences and opinions. I havent seen any discrimination or disrespectful behavior from them. Also they provide a pray room for the students. It was so valuable for a person who is muslim and has to pray during the day.
