I am satisfied with the service provided by the staff. I was there early morning, I was impressed that both of the times I went, I was helped right away even before I had completed the paperwork. The representative that helped me was very helpful and took her time to review the paperwork and answered all my questions.

Make sure to come with plenty of time before they close thet office because they will take some time to buzz you in and then tell you that they cant help you because they close in 15 minutes (at 4:45 pm), even with no line and 3 or 4 workers sitting around chatting between themselves. There is no post in the website of this policy. You have to physically make it inside to see a poster saying it, to which the supervisor says it is known by the community. I guess he speaks for everyone and Im not part of it. This shows no respect for working parents usually adhering to a 9 to 5 schedule.
