I had no clue( partially because I am still getting over eye surgery) when I wanted to make copies of my resume. Some very polite young men were there to help me. If one could not help he got someone else. This is how team work makes the dream work. Bless you guys even if I could not see your names. Great prices to. $1.44 for 8 copies of my resume. Was at the Staple store and the employee were accommodating with trying to help me resolve their issue as their machine was not working properly. Manager told me to call customer service on purchasing my product as they weren’t able to check me out. So I decided to stay to get the issue resolved. As a result, instead of getting help I wasted my time on the phone as the manager was more worried about closing his store knowing I’ve been on the phone for 20+ minutes trying to check out due to his inability of cashing me out.

I speak to one of the manager suddenly hung up the call why so unprofessional :(

Upon arrival, service staff was not aware of pick up. Item was missplaced. And when I had questions about the product there was a verbal battle between two staff (a male) and ( woman with accent)as to who was right or wrong about product set up and content. Very confusing that I even forgot the product protection plan. It was never brought up and thus I had forgotten it. Very unsatisfactory visit. And my daughter says she over held staff talking badly about a co worker named Zee. Very unprofessional. I think because I was in sweats and dressed down they did not realize I was an important consumer doing a pick up. Maybe even discriminatory behavior at that because as I walked in the store I was harshly greeted...I wondered if I invaded their space rather than come to purchase or pickup. Then when I said I am here for pick up the male staff said what printer I know nothing about a printer. And the woman with accent said the same. I asked again and proceeded to pull then email. Printer was found. Just terrible!!! I will be going a google review. I come back because it one of the closet but be aware...if this place.

I needed a laptop charger and Victoria provided excellent customer service. She took the time to make sure that the charger would work for my computer before making the purchase, and was incredibly helpful!

Very good experience when we visited the Washington Mall branch last month. We were served by staff member Christian who went out of his way to help us in printing out some documents, remaining patient and friendly despite our need for a great deal of additional guidance!

This staples feels dark, and looks dark. The layout of the store isnt customer friendly at all. Upstairs is where most of the necessary products can be found (i.e. notebooks, headphones, binders, etc). Its not a place Id want to go back to. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and ready/willing to assist. Their mannerism more than made up for the dark atmosphere.

Im a designer, and I visited this store when I was new to the city, and I was having a tough time finding some stationery and other items. But this store was that one place where I found stuff Ive been looking around for years. Small stuff, nothing big. But they had it all. Just the right file folder, just the right set of markers, just that one pen youve been looking for... this is a very well stocked store.

I ordered and paid for a Notary Public Embosser which I was told will take 3-4 days. Over two weeks now Im still waiting. The online price was $34.99. The girl to me its a mistake its really $39.99. Do your own customer service math : /

Staff helped me find a bathroom, and were very friendly even though I didnt have anything to buy.

Bought a defective product (hp power supply) and the manager of the store would not let me exchange it for one that works. Claimed that if another Staples store made a mistake it was not his problem.

Its a Staples. It has an adequate supply of office supplies as well as copy/print services. There were no homeless people inside the store at the time of my visit.

Two stars because the website is so bad. Even when I enter the downtown zip code, it still shows product availability for Dedham and Cambridge stores. I can never seem to get the site to understand Im in Boston and only want to shop in Boston.

Average quality Staples location. It is spread out over two floors, but somehow feels like the full range of products is not offered. The staff are okay, but dont seem helpful or highly motivated.

Two floors. Cash registers on each floor. There is a big staircase in the front. Printing and electronics are downstairs. Most of the other office supplies notebooks, pens are upstairs.

Downstairs staff was very helpful. Upstairs no staff to be found! But they have everything you need!

Would not use for phone repair. Phone screen wouldnt work less then 3 months later.

They stock 40 different lightening charge cables (not exaggerating, even theyre all exactly the same save for the color) but they couldnt find room on their shelves for a single USB-C cable? MacBooks, cell phones, these are common enough chartered to warrant replacing just one of hose lightening charges I would think. What a joke.

Excellent store. We had to print some etickets and could do it in a heartbeat, even paying at the copy machine.

Even when one is on location stop into your staples store. there you can use the printer to print off coupons or directions or purchase a notebook for organizing travel plans. there are charging stations at staples stores. there is faxing available at staples stores. i like to start new businesses while on vacation. i prefer staples for business purposes, there are business email address domain names available at staples for only $15/year. there is UPS shipping available at Staples. send back your items before returning home from vacation and avoid the hassle of checked luggage and baggage fees

Went to ship a package and got text book terrible customer service by the attendant. She wouldn’t answer basic questions and bursted in awful tone her limitations beyond what the computer allowed her. I tried to ship my package anyways bc I was already there paying for expensive parking, but a the end, she continued, and it didn’t feel morally right to send my dollars their way. Awful!

I like this staple I get 99% of my print jobs done at Staples and i really like this location cheap printing great service and I need to purchase something on the fly everything is there for you.

I like printing at this Staples. The paper is thick and bright and smoother than kinkos regular paper. eleven cents a pageI like this Staples location. The folks who work here are really nice. My iPhone cracked screen and digitizer were repaired here. Now I have to figure out how to unlock the disabled iPhone. There is a charging station here. There is alot of printing options and much better than Fedex Kinkos. The location here is relaxed in 15 feet from the State Street T station entrance.

A little bit expensive but they do their job. If you have to print a lot of sheets this is the place to go. To print its everything automatic, put your USB pen drive and decide what you want to print.

I checked out for 13 items. And only got 10 items. Terrible service. Luckily I called them and they helped me out.
