Cannot get a hold of a single person to make a complaint about fraud in a low income housing project as these very low income people are being defrauded then on top of it abused and intimidated by the site managers so the tenants seem to be too scared to say anything.. Ive been calling all day and just getting ringing and all voicemail boxes five separate ones to be exact all happen to be full!! They do this on purpose so ppl cant complain, it should.
