Very pleasant location for a high school. Nice campus

The school is nice and all, and the teachers are fine. The students are just like any other school. But a lot is terrible. The lack of communication and organization is astounding. My fellow students barely have school spirit and many (mostly the juniors and sophomores), hate the school. This school keeps trying to force school spirit on us when we dont want it. They need to do better to make us care about the school.

Although the school may be in a nice area, and very aesthetically pleasing, I find the teaching to be sub-par. 3 of my periods bring up the subject of politics during class that are unrelated to the lesson. Also the anonymous tip forum that anyone can fill out can be easily abused. A simple joke that me and my friends had said had evolved into us becoming alleged racist Neo Nazi white supremacist (?????) due to this anonymous tip.

This school is as bad as the rest of Northshores schools. They are to busy virtue signaling to go after the rampant drug problem. When I drive my child to school I can literally smell marijuana in the staff parking lot. In the two years my child has gone to this school. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact the principal Eric McDowell he is constantly unavailable you only get his assistants who are far from helpful and usually condescending and rude. This school needs some serious help. If you can help it send your child to private school. If you would like to see the truth about Northshore schools Google your courts their secrets and see how they bully elementary school girls into singing non disclosure agreements after they were molested by Carl Leede. Still to this day the girls cannot speak to even counselors about their molestation.

Teachers are a little strict, but I love the music department, the teachers are amazing and know what they are doing
