Jonny was great with my daughter who is a first time guitar player. He was patient and very positive with her! He was also flexible with our schedule!

My daughter has been taking guitar lessons from Jonny for almost 4 years now. She looks forward to every lesson! Jonny has been very patient, encouraging, and such a positive influence for her. She’s grown so much! Its always my favorite when our house is filled with the sound of her playing and singing. Thank you, Jonny, for challenging her and for making her lessons so fun!

Jonny is the best! He is a very talented musician and clearly knows what he is doing. More importantly, he is an effective teacher--- he is patient, outgoing and friendly, gets to know each student, and adapts to the learning style and the particular music each student is interested in. He has taught both myself (an adult) as well as my children and is able to engage at both levels equally well. He is also willing to be flexible in scheduling, which works great with families that have busy schedules. I highly recommended him either for teaching adults or children.

Ive been taking ukulele lessons from Jonny for 6 months and it has been awesome! He has really improved my playing fundamentals and helped me really get to know the uke. On top of being a great instructor, hes a really nice guy with a fun teaching style. He makes learning music very approachable.I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a music instructor.

Jonny is one of the best teachers Ive ever had. Im an adult, learning the guitar, but Ive played the piano a long time. I love that hes so encouraging. He is really attentive to playing the guitar the right way. Hes adaptable and is willing to teach me on the fly what I want to learn, just by listening to a song. He keeps it light and fun and doesnt emphasize drills and boredom. He helps me remember that learning an instrument and music is fun.

My twelve year old son just loves Jonny and takes acoustic guitar lessons from him. Jonny is very patient and identifies well with him. I know they share music videos together! As well, Jonny has given my son songs that hes interested in playing (like the Star Wars songs). I find his payment system very easy for me and he is never late for an appointment. Very pleasant fellow and obviously an experienced teacher.

Jonny is an excellent teacher! He personalizes each lesson for students based on what they need to work on using music that they like,. My daughter has been taking lessons for several months now and her ability has skyrocketed! He even helped her break some bad habits that she picked up by being self-taught!

I cant recommend Jonny enough. Very professional, understanding and attentive. Unfortunately, I had to stop lessons due to life getting in the way of hobbies. But, should the situation change, I wont hesitate to take up lessons with him again, if hes got a spot open! 👍

Jon is the man! He is a patient instructor that challenges you to bring out the best in your playing. I have been playing guitar on and off for the past 6 years and Jon has been my instructor for the past 3 years and I am a better guitar player because of him. I am in a band, and Jon is more skilled than this one guy in the band who has been playing guitar for the past 30 years. You cannot go wrong with Jon as your instructor!

Been a student of Jons for nearly 2 years . A wonderful teacher !! Taught me how to play guitar CORRECTLY , after a 35 year hiatus. Look forward every week to sessions.
