In the beginning I was very impressed by Ms. Garcias fast responses and technical savvy attention to detail with my long distance interaction for my rental needs. This level of attention stayed stead fast for pretty much the entire lease. Until it came time to discuss renewal of the lease terms and recap. I was unable to reach her, and the gentleman she placed in charge of renewal terms did not discuss renewal terms as well. Placing me in what I felt to be a awkward situation to guess what they were thinking. Basically packing up and finding new residency. They did refund the full amount of the deposit however. However in my honest opinion I feel they are Blockbusting. I was licensed with the department of DRE. And the lack of customer service towards the end of the lease hinted me towards that. Sorta like being in a restaurant, asking for a glass of water and never getting it. Meanwhile other people are swimming in it.
They are not in the office during specified hours at all
