The Boulder College of Massage Therapy has an excellent reputation nationwide and after attending their 1,000 hour program I see why and agree whole heartedly! The teachers are the best in their field, the core program along with internships in the community, student clinic hours, and electives all provide ample opportunity to grow as a therapist, develop skills, and build experience before graduation. The faculty consistently offered support and help throughout my time as a student and continue to be a wealth of information for me even 3 years out. Even working in Boulder, CO, where the market is saturated and competition is high, I have never had a problem finding a job, thanks to this education. I am grateful to have been a part of the BCMT community and highly recommend this institute.

I am not an alum of this school, but one of my best friends is. He was already an amazing health practitioner before going here, and I wasnt sure there was much he could improve. How wrong I was. If he was a master before, this school guided him to something transcendent. The best therapy I have experienced with him involved getting to the root of problems (for example, when I complained of back pain, he worked on my feet for 20 minutes and my back pain alleviated considerably, he did get to the back in due time ,but he explained that I was already experiencing pain releif because the body is interconnected systems.) I have witnessed the healing and healthy living guidance this kind of therapy can provide, not just physically, but therapeutically. The wife and I had suffered a Car Accident and were both physically distressed and bruised and traumatized, after a medical examination to confirm no life-threatening conditions, The wife and I visited him, and after ONE session, most of our aches, twists and sores were alleviated, but more importantly, he had helped us work through and resolve a lot of the trauma and stress of the experience emotionally as well as physically. I believe our year would have been much rougher without his help, and much of his expertise and experience is because of what he learned at this school. Take it from someone who has enjoyed the fruits of a students labor, this school is excellent!
