My almost 2 year old absolutely loves it here. The teachers and directors are so kind and have treated us both so well. I was terrified to send my child to daycare but as a single mother I had no choice and they made us feel so welcomed.

My two kids have been going to Kindercare for about two years now. The teachers in each classroom are very friendly, empathetic, and caring. Ms. Tina and Ms. Lauren do such a great job keeping Kindercare running as smoothly and safely as possible. I absolutely love the app because it allows the teachers to send photos, supplies requests, and it even lists everything my kids eat while theyre there. Also, with it being a learning center, you can rest assured that your children will learn so many amazing and incredible things while they are here. I truly believe they have helped my oldest become the super smart 5 year old he is, and that he is ahead of the curve because of his experience at Kindercare. Highly recommend 👏

We toured several centers in the area and felt comfortable with Kindercare immediately.  Ms Christina in the infant room radiated sunshine during our surprise visit (pre-covid) and we could tell that she truly loved her job. Our child was born during the pandemic and we were so apprehensive to place him into daycare. We communicated extensively with the center during the pandemic, they were very responsive and put our concerns at ease as best they could. Very strict with COVID protocols which makes me confident In their adherence to other childcare protocols. My child has been incredibly happy since starting at Kindercare and we are so thankful for the quality care theyve provided.

My 2-1/2 year old son has been going to this daycare for almost 2 years now. We are very pleased with Kindercare. The workers in his classrooms have always been kind and attentive. They always have activities for the children to do. We get pictures just about every day hes there of what they are doing that day. If there is ever an issue or anything happens, thats always communicated to us promptly. We are definitely happy with the quality of Kindercare.

Love the director and her assistant and the teachers are beautiful and they enjoy the kids. I donot have to worry about my daughter when I leave her to go to work. I am confident that she will be fine.

The teachers & assistants are wonderful in the infant room! They provide excellent care to each child and ensure each of their individual needs are met. The Director & Asst. Director are very approachable and helpful too. Overall, we’ve been very pleased with the care being provided to our precious baby.

Maybe The K3 health department needs to visit your facility .Teacher will no mask upon entering didnt social distance and was rude to other people waiting to pick up children. Maybe pay attention to guidelines and Lead by example.

Love this daycare. very friendly staff, wonderful to work with, love getting the daily report in an app on my phone. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter has been going there for 3 years now, and absolutely loves it. All of her teachers have been wonderful. She comes home singing songs she learned in her classroom. Everyone is very friendly and they all make sure to greet each child by name.

We have been going to Kindercare for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. My kids are there for at least 9 hours everyday and I am happy knowing they are being taken care of and having fun learning and playing with their friends. They offers nutritious meals and a different learning unit each month, even for the infants. The teachers are always happy to see my children in the morning and let me know how their day was at pickup. Also, this center just started using an app that will keep you updated with what your child is doing throughout the day and even send photos, which is a fabulous new addition for every working parent!

We have had such a great experience at Bourbonnais KinderCare. Our daughter started in the infant room at about 6 months old and was in the WODs room as well. The staff are so friendly and nurturing, and we really enjoyed the themes and curriculum that was taught. We hope to find another daycare as great as this one in our new home.

My daughter (now almost 3) has been at Kindercare since she was an infant. Each of her teachers has become like family and I truly value all that they do to take care of her. I know that when I drop her off, she is well taken care of. Just recently, with encouragement from her current teachers, we started the potty training process. It is so helpful and relieving, as a parent, to have others on your team helping your child learn, grow, and develop. I recommend Kindercare to anyone looking for a safe and nurturing environment for your child.The facility is clean, teachers communicate issues quickly, and I value the leadership of Tina and Lauren (the center Director and Assistant Director).

Absolutely LOVE Kindercare. With my two kids being 10 years apart, we have been at this center for 19 consecutive years. Definitely feel like part of a Kindercare family. The staff treat the kids as if they were their own. Very very happy with the care my child receives here!!

We have been attending KinderCare for six years now. Weve had two children in KinderCare one currently attending. Staff is always friendly and courteous we dont have any issues with biting or kids getting hurt. He loves the food and lunches healthy snacks. However KinderCare is closed on holidays such as Presidents day and many school holidays that parents have to work and you need some place for your kid and your daycares closed. Ugh... We took my oldest out due to bullying in the school-age room. And the smell of urine sometimes upon entering the building is awful. But appears to be alot cleaner than other facilities that we have visited. Yes a few downfalls but the good far out weighs the bad.
