100/10 Staff is amazing. Every time I go there they greet me like i am one of their friends. If you are trying to learn a new instrument one of the people who work there specialize in knowledge of the instrument you would like. As well as if you want lessons the teachers are outstanding in how they teach their students. There is no age limit to learning an instrument or even buying one from prior knowledge you already have. Plus if you just want to try out a guitar or piano you can do so. You can even play the piano while you wait for your lesson or for a friend. I would really recommend you go there if you have any troubles. They will help you in a heartbeat. I really hope whoever reads my review will have a great rest of their day. :)

The entire staff is sincerely exceptional. I went in looking for a keyboard. I was greeted when I entered, and helped with what I needed. The selection was good for needs and was able to get all my accessories as well. One of the most helpful music stores Ive been in. Ill be buying all my music items from here.

Music & Arts is the best!! My kids have learned so much in such a short time. Signed my older son up with Dr. D for clarinet lessons to assist him win a High School scholarship and he nailed it! Best decision I made. Helped him with the confidence and skills required to go through with the audition. My son leaves feeling energized and enthusiastic about music after every lesson!

Staff here is great as usual, Ryan helped me remotely order studio equipment. Did not even need to leave my house

Amazing customer service. They always give the customer everything they need to succeed not want. They pride themselves in music education and take lessons and progress in this industry very seriously. The staff is wonderful and kind and wont stop until you are a satisfied customer.

Kate and Mark were fantastic! My wife signed up for piano lessons and I bought a new acoustic guitar. The store was an oasis of culture and comedy. The customer service was quite possibly the best we have received in years and the sales experience was second to none. This location does not deserve the negative ratings and reviews it has received previously. 5 stars well earned!

Purchased an electric Piano from here. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also understanding when I said I wanted to think about the decision for a day or two before making the purchase. Add to that the fact that the piano I got (Casio P-115) was 100 dollars cheaper here than on amazon.

Love teaching at this store!! The renovations are coming along quite nicely and we have a great time laughing and making music.

Simply the worst experience possible. I have been waiting three (3) + weeks to get my order from them.The customer support is horrid, they have little to no tools available to them to truly help you with your issue. They couldnt even get a tracking numberThey did an overnight shipment after accepting responsibility for the mess-up. They claimed to over-night it Tuesday, and I writing this on Saturday, clearly without any keyboard in my possession.Please dont waste your time, the $50 discount they gave wasnt worth it, just buy whatever you need, off Amazon, you wont regret it.

Great teachers and sales staff. Weve been coming here for years. We have rented and purchased instruments, and my kids have taken music lessons including sax, piano, and guitar.

I have been teaching at Music and Arts since 2005 and we are better than ever!!

Music and Art does not provide a safe environment for children under 12. I arrived three minutes after my sons lesson had ended to find his instructor Jasmine had left my five-year-old son standing at the front door unattended. The front door of Music and Art is in a strip mall with foot traffic and customers going in and out of the store. The purchase counter where staff spends most of their time, is at least 30 ft away from the front door with music instruments and merchandise ein between the purchase counter and the front door. His instructor nor the staff Ncould see my son. I was (and still am) mortified at their negligence, and carelessness with my sons safety!He (or any other child) could be kidnapped from this establishment by any stranger walking past who opened the door or customer coming in or out of the store. Its unacceptable to leave small children unattended by the front door. Children are kidnapped and snatched every day in less than three minutes. Charge a fee for being late, whatever is needed, but dont endanger my childs or any other childs life or safety.When I spoke to the manager, they were not interested and made no attempts to acknowledge or correct this glaring safety issue. Its very concerning that Music and Arts will accept young students knowing they are not equipped with the proper safety procedures to ensure young students safety.Upon further investigation, I learned one of the reasons children safety is put at risk is the schedule. The scheduling is unrealistic and dishonest.A lesson is supposed to be 30 minutes, but in reality, they are 25 or 20 minutes because most lessons are back-to-back, with no intermission or break between classes. For example:My sons class was from 4:00 pm - 4:30. The previous class ended at 4:00 pm, there is no way for a class to start at 4:00 pm and the previous class end at 4:00 pm with the same instructor. The instructor has to bring the child out of the instruction cubicles, give the parent a progress update, meet the next child, walk back to the instruction cubicle, unpack music books and begin. In between this time small chitchatting occurs as well as bathroom breaks. Often my child would not get started till 4:05 or 4:10. I originally dealt with a different Music & Arts Store and they weren’t very personable. They ordered me the wrong Tremelo bar, for my Ibanez, twice in a row. After dealing with the unfriendly associates the fist two times I decided I wouldn’t even go back again, even to return the 2nd wrong tremelo. I was shopping at The Plaza where the Bowie Music and Arts store is and went in, to see what type of harmonicas they had, and was helped by Caitlin, who blew me away, with friendliness and great customer service! She did everything in her power to right the negative experience I had! I have now decided to keep shopping at Music & Arts- only, her Store instead! Marc also helped me, by adjusting the new guitar, as it seemed to have some ‘dead notes’. The Ibanez is good now, and I love the Harmonicas they ordered me!!!

Alfred, Music Associate, is so very knowledgable, patient, and professional. Alfred and his team decrease pur our anxiety levels, after my son inadvertently popped his guitar sting, on the very first day of purchase. Once we arrived to thr store, Alfred and the team was not only helpful, but had addressed all of our needs and concerns. We couldnt be pleased and more grateful for our purchase, but even more appreciative of Alfred and his team of Associates!!

They need to step there game up..They never seem to carry anything in store(particularly guitar accessories)you basically have to buy everything online. The staff seem like good people but they can be very confusing to say the least.

I went there today, waited a half hour for some customer service, I never got any, instead they were talking to each other and only helped certain people that have kids. I have no problem with that of course, but when I walked out. They acted surprised when they saw me, like if I never existed
