Nice selection of things. Great prices. The staff is kind too come just them out

I appreciate all that the dollar store has to offer but its hard to shop there sometimes because there is more inventory in boxes in the aisles than there is inventory on the shelves. This makes it very hard to move around in the store even with limited capacity of patrons. If it all possible I recommend have stocking performed after hours to ensure safety in moving around and ensure that items are on the shelves and available when the store is open.

Big store with a large selection. Much better than any of my local stores.

Lines too long with1 cashier. Someone finally came but it tool a minute. On a good note they shelves were stocked

Be sure to check for an expiration date on anything you buy. I saw multiple food items that had expired in 2020 being sold. This is not the first time I have seen this. I have informed management, but I guess they dont want to change their selling practices. Just beware!

Amazing lovely things in the store, things not found in some Dollar Tree.I will sure visit the place again when am in the area. I recommend this place 👌.

The store needs new management. They do not clean the carts. Not helpful at all. Stock stays in the aisles.Not Customer Oriented at all

Horrible experience with the cashier, she was not pleasant and very unprofessional. I may sound a bit rude for this but I really hate when older staff work and they feel so entitled due to their age to be unprofessional and rude. Regardless of age, customer service should be implemented

Very extensive collection. One of the better dollar tree stores in MD.

This is a nice dollar tree and they always have everything I want and I usually find stuff here that other local dollar trees havent stocked. I just go when it opens. All dollar trees get junky and crowded later in the day it seems. But this one has a nice selection.

The customer service was horrible. There were only 2 cashiers in the entire store traffic was moderate and the line became backed up and in the direction to the checkout line was disorganized but Im relieved that the customers were older and mature enough to deal with it without complaints and becoming inpatient. My overall experience was unforgettable, not in a good way. It left a bad impression in my mind of how poorly the cashier who rung up my items allowed another customer to jump ahead of me in line at checkout. She also witnessed the customer becoming biligerant and irate with me for no reason and did or said nothing to stop it.

My shopping experience at dollar tree in Bowie on 10/22 was horrible. After finding everything I was looking for I proceeded to checkout with my three children, I immediately noticed there were only two cashiers. As the line began to backup there was no direction as to where the line began or ended and there were no additional store employees directing traffic to ensure that each customer whom appeared to be ready to checkout their purchases was in the correct line. As I stood in what I thought was a second line for the second cashier, one of the cashiers announcing the next person to step up to her counter for checkout allowed another customer to cut in front of me in the line. I than kindly stepped back as the cashier instructed the other customer to place her items on the belt to be rung up. As the other customer reached the end of her transaction and had paid for her merchandise she than turned in my direction and began to be confrontational with me. She than proceeded to shout and loud talk me and questioned my parenting in front of my children for no apparent reason. As the other customer was being disorderly and negatively impacting the entire store the cashier sat and watched her become irate with me and did or said nothing to diffuse the situation. I felt embarrassed and humiliated the fact that this lady tried to belittle me in front of other customers in the store. This is an example of poor judgement on the employees part for not politely asking that customer to leave the store and to stop acting so immature by starting arguments with other customers including me. I will never shop at this location again nor will I refer any of my friends or family to shop at the Bowie Dollar Tree.

I wish there were more cashiers today because the feed line was much to long. Too many items in each area which created traffic jams. Also, no direction as which way the feed lines were going. All of this in the middle of the day when there are fewer people. Heaven help us if it was after work hours!!!

Love this location! Its very rare that dont have what Im looking for. Ms. Gail always greet me with a smile and great attitude.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The associates are extremely friendly and helpful.

The dollar tree in Bowie is always pleasant to go to. The cashiers have always been friendly and helpful. I love that they added little debbie products and improved their healthy snack isle.

The store was OK but the items I was looking for were not currently in stock: shower curtain /liner & bath brush with long handle. They had one of the latter but brush head was partially damaged from items being cramped together...

The store opens at 9am! It’s 11:15am and the doors are locked! Very upset ! Lights are on and N O B O D Y is to be seen in the store!! Ridiculous!! Had customers standing outside trying to get in!Tried to call the store number multiple times! Nobody picked up, I couldn’t even leave a message. I can’t believe this.

Very clean and organized, but the shelves could have been restocked...

The manager here is so rude. I didn’t know you couldn’t exchange without a receipt here. I had some stuff clearly labeled from dollar tree never opened and I needed to exchange. But misplaced my receipt.I asked him was there any other solution and he told me to go give someone outside the items.His entire demeanor was off and rude.

Stood in line for 20min with one employee ringing customers.

The worse customer service ever always one line open store full people

Manager told me if he was white I wouldnt have asked him to go to the front to help with the line. What I asked him was to call for another cashier because the line was long. I usually go to this store 3 of 4 times a week. Not anymore.

This was once my go to Dollar Tree. It was organized and well stocked, but the last few times Ive been here the store has been in such a disarray, especially in the craft / school supply aisles.

By far the best Dollar Tree. Plenty of items and staff is great.

There was only a manager at the store. The lines was long and she did the best she could. I think its very unfair to her and the customers. You need more staff.

This store is wonderful except for the older woman running the register. She had an attitude because the customer did not have anything less than a $20. Then she proceeded to chastize her by saying the banks were closed (Thanksgiving day) and she wont have enough small bills for change! Maybe the store needs to plan head by making sure they have plenty of change!!! This is why customers dont return. Customer service should be Number 1!

On this particular day, they were not stocked to the fullest and there were no real snacks - popcorn, UTZ chips, etc..
