If I could give this place zero stars I would I asked for a root retouch for a balayage and this is what they did. The girl who did it obviously had very minimal knowledge and training of hair. She proceeded to paint very thick sections with no weaving after someone showed her how to do it. It took over 2 and a half hours for something that should have been so basic meaning the bleach had been sitting on parts of my hair for 2 hours. It is completely uneven and very orange and brassy. This place does not properly teach modern techniques. They don’t use bond builders!! Any person who is familiar with going blonde in this day and age should know you cannot bleach hair without a bond builder. When I left my hair felt so dried out and still smelled of bleach. While I was there they told me to stand outside in the sun to let my hair process faster…. absolutely crazy. Maybe cause I’m front New York and now live in DC so my standard is higher but this place was terrible if you care about your hair don’t ever go here. Worst part is my birthday is in less than i week and I am going to have to drop hundreds on color correction when I get back to DC which will probably further damage my hair.

I love coming to the school, everyone is super professional and very welcoming and friendly. I love that the students are learning stuff that pertains to relevant hairstyles of today and hair colors of today. Ive had the pleasure of teaching at this facility several times as a LOreal Professionnel educator and it is one of my most favorite facilities to teach at. The salon floor is beautiful and spacious. When you look at their social media, the students put out amazing work already and Im most excited that my brother Austin will be starting at the school🙌🏼🙏🏼👏🏼🎉

I have been going there to get my hair done since 2007 the Students are amazing and on point. The instructors all of them put 100 % into teaching the students I take my daughters and my granddaughters there and several friends I always feel no matter which student or instructor I get VIP treatment I use to go once a month color highlights hair cuts eyebrows eyelashes I have always left happy.

I received a manicure that was not supervised by a teacher. It did not come out good at all, but the student was so nice I just paid and left. I can not fault the student because she was taught the basics.

Recently graduated and it’s safe to say I chose the right place. Wide program in every field. Educators are very passionate and committed to their students, always willing to help. That’s what made my experience great, being surrounded by supportive people who encourage me to push forward, they have the best interest of their students. Very outstanding.

I looked around at a ton of schools, and robert fiancé was the best one I looked at! Going to look at the school the vibe and great and it even looks like a Sephora inside. This evening I visited the Robert Fiance School & had such a wonderful experience. My first service I received was a pedicure. The student was very nice & performed great nail work. It was a simple pedi, but sometimes thats all you need!My second service was a facial. The spa room I was walked back to was very zen. From the the paintings to the music to the grounding aroma of the BB candle that filled the air.The student that performed my service was also very nice & professional. She took care of all my skin care needs- I was glowing inside & out!I left there feeling extremely relaxed & definitely look forward to my next visit. Keep up the great work students & staff! :)

I recently decided to enhance and further my career in the cosmetology industry after 10 years of being behind the chair in a salon by becoming a Cosmetology Educator at Robert Fiance Beauty School Florida. I absolutely love being an educator here. My fellow staff has been extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming to me since i joined their team. The students have also welcomed me. I had the absolute worst experience attending the Robert Fiance Beauty School. I originally signed up for the full nail specialist program; which I was told was available and would major in that. I was placed in 2 Aesthetician classes and a makeup class. During this time, I was told my program was of nail technician was no longer available and there is nothing to do about it. I set up a meeting with the owner in his office, which resulted in him verbally assaulting me. This place is a toxic and unhealthy learning environment. I would not recommend this place if you take yourself seriously.

Best value in south Florida. Got a $100 gift certificate and scheduled my appointment and used it on a cut and color and 50 minute facial. Had enough left over to purchase a face wash from dermalogica brand. The spa is a private room in the back very zen where students practice. The instructor supervising my facial was Ms. Delia she was extremely polite and professional. She guided my consultation and the student giving me facial without being too intrusive. My hair appointment was serviced by a different student in their hairstyling program. Ms Fox was the teacher on duty and her student Danielle washed and cut and colored my hair. They use redken color. The student spoke very highly of the school. Everyone was prepared for covid wearing masks and i had a lovely time. Will be back.

Mr Paul I’m glad to see that you have time to answer unfortunately is through this side because I’m still waiting for you to answer my e-mailsLet me remind you that your employee gave me incorrect information, I hope that the fact that you fired her does not have to do with the misunderstanding that we had, I remember she accepted that she told me that I could try the class for five days because I wasn’t sure but she pointed out why it was a better option for me so my mistake was believed her.the one I wanted was skin care we discussed that in the meeting the we had.When you talk about opening the kit of course they made me open it the first day to ensure that everything was there I dont understand what you mean by the fact that the kit was not hygienic, more than half of it was unopened.but Im grateful that you lowered the price and ended up paying 1000 for something that Im not going to use, that day we reached an agreement I paid to be in the skin care class that should start in 2020, you moved the dates, changed the hours, but I didnt I made no complaintunfortunately for all of us, covid 19 changed our lives and by the time you decided to reopen the school , this disease had already claimed the lives of many people. As a mother of a special girl, I was forced to postpone my plans, the school was one of them, as I explained in one of my emails, I dont feel safe and I dont know how you can put makeup on someone without a mask use, but you charged me 150 fir the registration . In all this my only conclusion is that you care about money and not the people who go to your school. Maybe Im the only one who’s open to talk about my experience with robert fiancé school but I know im not the only complaint.

I had a two day lash extension course with ms. Bethany and I’m so happy i chose this class out of all the others on the market. The drive from west palm was super easy, straight on the 95 and well worth it. Ms. Bethany was sweet, thorough, and full of energy and encouragement. Lashes are not easy so it’s important to find an instructor who cares that you learn!

This isn’t fake i’ve been here it’s extremely unorganized and unfriendly and not only did the students not know what they’re doing neither did the teachers . Exactly what I mean reporting my review because it’s fake really ? I hate this place people there are rude especially the owner.

This is the best beauty school in Palm Beach County - HANDS DOWN! After shopping which school was the best for cosmetology, I decided Robert Fiance was the best for my future and education. They also offer tons of other programs ( makeup skin, nails, etc) They really seem to care about their students and their success, unlike some other schools in the area. The demos class sizes, location, and modern interior are some of the best things about it. Dont hesitate to enroll here!

I came in today with a mess of a head and Ms. Marcie and Liz Mendez completely color changed my hair. They saved my hair completely. I cannot thank the both of them enough. Ms. Marcie was so patient with how much hair I have and how much work the both of them had to put into my hair. I walked out of the school looking like a whole different person. I have been coming to Robert Fiance Beauty School for almost two years now to get partial highlights. Knowing this is a School for teaching, I am always aware that my hair might not be perfect as the students are learning. However, this School is top-notch. I have ALWAYS left feeling at least 80% satisfied with my hair. In fact, I dont think I have really ever had any concerns that have caused me not to come back. Having said this, there is always still that chance that my highlights dont come out the way in which I had hoped. Today was that day . . . we chose to use a toner and it ended up actually darkening my hair. One of the Instructors, Ms. April, who I can tell is very seasoned, upon my request made an Executive Decision to quickly rinse-out and reverse the Toner effect as I was hoping for much more blonde. She was extremely focused on making sure that I was Happy and we immediately went to the sink to rinse out the Toner. The end result was AMAZING! She saved the day. I work in the Private Aviation Industry and her knowledge, experience and quick thinking quite literally brought my hair back to that 80% satisfaction zone. Thank you Ms. April! I was apprehensive at first but in the end was beyond satisfied. Christina did my cut with the supervision of Tyler. Christina is just starting out but did an amazing job with Tylers guidance. The guy really knows his stuff! I truly respect what they do and how they do it. One of the best cuts Ive ever gotten. Definitely coming back. Thanks guys!

I have been coming here as a client regularly for years, at first when it was Hair Design Institute and continued as it changed ownership to Robert Fiance.The professional level of students and instructors are much improved, as is the updated decor and services!I was there yesterday for an appointment with Corinne, who is always very good, and my hair looks great!I usually come in every 3 weeks, so always pre-book the next appointment, unfortunatelyI was told no more appointments will be made, only walk-ins. So thats very disappointing, especially with the season coming. I understand its a teaching school, but if a client needs color, highlights & styling it takes a minimum of 3 hrs.I really hope you will bring back appointments!

I like the school, it’s clean and very chic unlike some other beauty schools I’ve seen. The staff is friendly and you can tell they care about what they do. I like that they have a young fresh outlook on the beauty business and how to market yourself and your career. I know they have a bunch of schools in NJ and NY and I can see them opening more here in Florida.

First and foremost I am beyond grateful to be attending this school ! I am beyond grateful for Ms Cassandra and all the knowledge she has instilled in me along with the love and dedication she has genuinely released to me! I love this school ! I searched and visited a couple different schools while looking for the best fit . Mr.paul and the whole staff is amazing, they offer an atmosphere that is conducive to a productive learning experience. I had a really good experience here. My hair was damaged and I had dark brown roots. Blonde ash hair is hard to achieve for the most seasoned professionals. My first day there the bleach was not on my roots long enough so my roots have off a brassy look. I got a fabulous hair cut that day. I decided to come back 2 days later for a toner for my brassy roots. They did not charge for the correction. My hair looks fantastic. The student and teacher was kind and professional.

Went on vacation to Florida and had to visit Robert Fiance new campus they have spots in NJ which I get my haircut at. I walked into this one they just opened. I got an amazing cut from brandon he did a low fade and shaped up my beard. was great used hot towel and everything. Very happy.

I have been in twice. Once to get a hair cut and once to have my hair colored and highlighted. Both times the service was fantastic. The instructors came over several times to see if student needed help. Very nice and professional. I will be back

After seeing how great 2 of my friends hair came out, I gave it a try. Color. Highlights Cut. My student was amazing. It takes a longer time but worth it. My hair is beautiful and the price is 1/4th what you would pay elsewhere. My only consist is the instructor who wanted to show a technique which caused my hair to be shorter than I wanted. BUT IT grows.

First time, student was nice but not a 3. Fake lashes put on crooked and fell of 3 hours later. Polish change looked like a 10 yr old work. I will never return, you get what you pay for.

I went to an expensive DelRay Beach salon and while I got a good haircut, the coloring (highlights) was way off what I had asked for. I went to Hair Design Institute and they were able to fit me in quickly due to a no-show. The trainee asked her supervisor for advice, which she got, and I did get a good color correction. Somehow the new color didnt seem to last, but it held me over for a good month. It did take longer than usual for the coloring process, but its a school so of course its going to be that way. The woman/student who worked with me was very personable and did a good job. If I had enough time on my hands, I would go back as you cant beat the price and the results were very good.

I love coming to my appointments they always take there time and the teachers are amazing not only to there students but to there clients.

Worst experience ever. My hair fell out by chunks. Students practice on you without any care for your and teachers dont care. I had four different people work on my dye and highlites. Ended up having this chemicals on my hair for four hours!!! When I complain I was told students needed to learn. Very disorganized. I left there crying with dark hair!Do yourself a favor and dont go to this place. I wish I had paid a professional. Now working on refrowing my hair. Horrible!!!

I went to this salon in hopes to get a student who knew what they were doing.. Or at least could do well with the assistance of an educator. As a previous Salon Professional Academy student myself I assumed this location would be ran the same way.. BOY was I wrong! The first night I was there it took 3 hours to apply the bleach, which was VERY poorly applied!!! The educator said it was fine but it had shelves of discoloration. After the 4th hour of being there.. An hour AFTER they closed I was finally toned and decided to go home without a blow dry. The next morning I could have cried my hair was a disaster!!!I had to go back and get it fixed. I had hoped to get someone with more experience but instead I got the same girl and the same educator!! I was livid. Thankfully the second time I was there another girl helped so it went by a little faster. But once again the bleach wasnt applied evenly and I was left with a splotchy mess of red, gold, and orange!!!The instructor pretty much argued with me when I would try to explain to him my concerns about how the color came out the first time. I understand these are students and they are learning. I have been there but I was never that slow and I hate to say it.. I was never that bad! But it was mainly the educators responsibly to keep up with this new student to make sure it was done correctly. Needless to say my hair was ruined and now Im having it colored back to brown at another place and I will NEVER go back to this place!

I work an overnight job and made an appointment for 10am because they dont offer anything in the afternoon. Got there at 10 and had to wait 20 minutes. Was then told they didnt have enough students for me to get my hair done and Id have to reschedule...they wouldnt even give me any special accommodations for this being THERE fault and said the closest thing was 3 weeks away. Never coming back. Dont waste your time.

I am very low maintenance when it comes to hair. I get it done about once a year. I was very excited to go get it done last week. They were booked and I understood. I told the girl I wanted a cut, color and highlight. She looked and looked at times to fit me in. I was fine with splitting it up. Ive been getting hair done at hair schools for years. She finally just said that she was free Saturday the 19th and asked if I could come in at 10. That was perfect for me. I get to the appt today and no one has a clue why Im there. They dont see me on schedule. Have no idea who made my appt. Couldnt look it up at all. I gave them the benefit of the doubt last week feeling like they were disorganized... but today I was really upset. I had looked forward to this all week. The student finally came out and said she could do the color and highlight but not cut bc it would take so much time. I said thats completely fine. I dont mind coming back. Then she brought the professor out and she told me we couldnt do it at all bc it would take so much time. I said Im used to 3.5 hours at paul mitchell and she was rude and said well these are real students and itll take at least 2 hours more. Ok, thats fine. I seriously dont mind but in my head it was 3.5 hours, not 5. I wish they had mentioned that. Or at least explained more. She acted like i was dumb. Told me to make an appt. Bug this is my appt....i went up to make the appt but lady was on phone so i just walked out. Very unprofessional. I get theyre students. Thats why I go. But you shouldnt schedule someone for a day and not put it in schedule or tell anyone. I want to make the appt but I honestly dont feel like going through that again....

I have been going here for about 2 years. Sometimes you get a really good person that listens and does a great job. Other times the operators do not listen at all and mess up.…you say curly...you get straight...you say a few highlights, they do like 30. But what bugs me the most is when you have an appt and you are called 20 minutes before and told your student did not show and rescheduling is 2 weeks. This has happened about 6 times. I like that they carry good products and the services are cheap. Just remember not to schedule an appt before an event or a vacation....cause if they cancel you will be jumping to get your hair done on very short notice elsewhere.

After spending 4,1/2 hours in the chair, my stylist disregarded everything I asked for. My blonde hair somehow became dark brown, with a promise from her and the supervisor that it would lighten after I washed it. When I had to return two days later because my hair never magically turned blonde, they actually charged me for the services to undo the damage. To add insult to injury, the stylist argued with me at the front counter while my sopping hair puddled on the floor. Hands-down WORST experience at any salon. Only went there because the PBSC hair school was closed (which is a great place to go), I will never make that mistake again!!!
