We are very happy with Joe Keit Martial Arts. We joined over a month ago and I feel like weve been part of the family for years. I have seen my son grow more confident. My son joined Joe Keit Martial Arts when he was 5 years old for one year. And when he was 10 years old, he again became interested in martial arts. He visited several local studios and did a few different trials, but nothing resonated with him like Joe Keit Martial Arts so he decided to return here and has been very dedicated for the past year with no end in sight. He feels the instructors have a high level of expertise, teach a wide range of skills, and treat students with respect and kindness. The instructors make a point to connect their teachings with real life skills outside of the studio, and provide encouragement while appropriately challenging students. Sifu Joe Keit, Si-hing Jacob, and Si-jie Sabrina are all wonderful instructors that are able to teach and challenge children at an age-appropriate level. I joined Joe Keit Martial Arts looking to release some stress hitting a bag in the kickboxing class they offered, but what ended up happening instead surprised me. Just 2 weeks in I felt incredible. My physical shape improved tremendously, my mental health skyrocketed, and I felt more calm, composed and disciplined than ever. After 4 or 5 weeks I joined their kung fu class as well, and I feel great and accomplished. I can do excruciating physical activities now without a problem. Hes knowledgeable and ready to answer any question. Jacob is an excellent instructor. He shows true dedication to the students and also displays how much he cares by taking time with each student on an individual basis to help them learn, while also not shaming someone that may have a physical issue that makes them take it a bit slower than others. I have been attending Joe Keit Kung Fu for 8 months now and have been pretty much having a blast since the first day I walked in for my trial. Joe Keit Kung Fu is an amazing school. Joe, Jacob and Rosalie are amazing in every way. They make u feel welcome every time. We have two kids going here and they love Kung Fu. My short experience with Joe Keit Tai Chi is becoming a long Journey. Being an athlete who has had many surgeries the workouts are just what I needed !!! 3 weeks after my husband passed away I met Joe Keit. I was worried that my son would not have a positive male role model in his life . He told me not to worry; he would be my sons family. 10 years later, and true to his word, Joe has been my sons mentor, instructor, friend and brother. Jacob is an assistant instructor at Joe Keits school and because of Joe and others that work there, he is also a gold medal winner. When I started out, I was looking for a place to practice martial arts. I previously practiced taekwando and I felt that I wanted to practice something else. Right after the trial, I immediately thought This is the place and I stayed ever since. I really look forward to learning forms, Chinese New Year, and going on lion dance performances.

Sifu Joe is an American, but his Kung Fu is real Chinese Kung Fu. He is really into it and trying very hard to spread the skill and the spirit of traditional Chinese Kung Fu. The skills he teaches in the classes are not just forms and moves, but he explains the application side of them which are very piratical for someone who wants to apply the skills for self defense. He mastered many styles from Northern to Southern. I enjoy learning TaiJi and Kung Fu from him.

Its cool to watch my little brother spar and do take downs. The forms they do are also really cool.

Amazing place.Joe Keit has been my kung fu master, instructor and friend for half my life. Im now 15 and a lot of my personality was positively formed by Joe. I feel confident, comfortable with myself and made friends for life.Now I moved away and unfortunately cannot be part of the family any longer. I really miss practicing and my kung fu brothers.

Was very surprised to see an American speak Chinese fluently and do kung fu so well. Sifu Joe Keits instructors are great especially with the kids. Everyone their is so friendly and makes you feel part of the team.I tried the kickboxing class and what a workout! I am definitely signing up and I want to try the Tai Chi too... I have looked at other schools in the area and nothing compares to Joe Keit Kung Fu. I signed up on their website and for $20 I got a free pair of boxing gloves... cool!

Sifu Joe and the family of Kung Fu instructors at this school are great! I came from a background in Tae Kwon Do and I always had a desire to learn traditional Kung Fu. I met Sifu and quickly learned that Kung Fu is his passion. I started my son at the school and I soon started taking classes after. My son enjoys it very much and he is so confident because of it. He LOVES to show family and friends his Kung Fu. I enjoy the atmosphere of the school, it is friendly, but disciplined. I recommend this school for adults and children alike.

Im taking Tai Chi at Joe Keit Kung Fu. There are not a lot of places that teach Tai Chi in Delray/Boynton on a consistent basis and I really searched for something that felt right. I was initially apprehensive to take Tai Chi at a martial arts studio.. those Kung Fu folks look like theyre kicking ass and I thought The Tai Chi class would be a lesser priority for them. Happily, the Tai Chi program is exactly as Id hoped it would be...classically taught with tremendous adherence to correct form and principles but its taught in a manner that is both kind and gentle particularly by Sijeh Rosalie Keit who is sooooo awesome! Theres men and women of all ages and abilities and I always leave the class feeling MUCH better than I did before I got there! Were super lucky to have Sifu Joe Keit in South Florida!
