Horrible service. Everyday, the c-100 bus comes late. Its supposed to come at 6:30 am, but it always comes at around 6:50 instead. When we get to school, we dont have time to eat breakfast because the cafeteria already stopped serving. Sometimes, when the bus driver comes too early, he curses us out for not being on time. Yet he comes at whatever time he wants. He states that he can do whatever he wants and no one can stop him. He also states that he can come at any time and we cant complain. I must say, the service is great, but not the driver.Bus route: c-100

Roaches all over the bus and this is suppose to be a new bus. come late everyday. It suppose to come at 6:25 the latest and now the latest is 7:00. The bus driver ( ms. Patterson) has bad road rage. Always using profanity at other driver and on students. Out all the bus driver ms. Patterson is not the only who brought us late to school where we didnt have time to eat breakfast. But ms. Patterson is the most rude, disturbed old lady working for palm beach. School District. Ms. Patterson drive so reckless that we almost got into five accidents.

My experience with the bus system this year has been absolutely horrendous. In the beginning it was it was tolerable and everyday i am very grateful for the buses service but the past two day have been unacceptable.Yesterday I was told that the bus was going to be fifteen minutes late AFTER being already 25 minutes late. As for today, this is what went over the top in terrible service. once again i was told that the bus was going to be fifteen minutes late. one by one the buses left and bus C150 was the last one we waited and waited and waited then it was 4:10 and remember school ends at 2:45. Numerous student had gotten a ride by then but the the students like me who take the bus because their parents are unavailable to pick them up decided to finally take it up with the office who told us our options were to wait until 6 and take the activity bus or take the palm tran, unable to wait until 6 we voted the palm tran as the best option. once we get to the nearest bus stop which is not so near, we find out that it has already past and the next one is in an hour. so it either wait till then or walk. now the group of us have to take the walk home while . finally home i discover that it is 5:15. and remember i was supposed to be home around 3. so all in all you can get the idea about how i feel toward the bus system.

Lets see where do I begin. Buses 15 to 30 min late everyday. Had to pick up my daughter at 11 bec she couldnt eat breakfast bec bus was 20 min late and it made her sick. I called and was told yeah we got that problem a lot Really? Its route 44 in Boca. Pls flood the transportation Dept with calls if your child is on the bus. Thats ok the second day they were sitting on laps and the floor bec someoneDidnt show up. Transporting Dept accepts the bus drivers attitudes and no changes.

Bus comes when it wants to. Sometimes doesnt even show up

Customer service is horrible. They dont know what they are doing.

These bus driver r rude becuz they always cursing I no becuz I am one of the students think we need better bus driver palm beach bus transportation is the worst in whole entire state of Florida do not let your kids on these buses future parents

Today the bus driver kicked us all off the bus for no reason!!! 🤦‍♂️ we had to walk miles to go home

No one answers the line.Buses do not run according to THEIR PUBLISHED schedules.Buses breakdown all the time!!!
