The teachers are great however the receptionists are possibly the most rude, uncooperative humans Ive ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with. They are not understanding when it comes to single parents that work full time and dont have access to their phones except on breaks, which are determined by management. They have a ridiculous rule that states you cannot change your childs transportation after 10am. I called at 10:27am and they flat out refused to send my child on the bus. So now I have to check my child out of school early because of this. Id like to know why they make things so hard for divorced parents to make transportation arrangements due to circumstances out of the parents control. Hopefully other parents have better interactions with these woman, however, I havent heard anything positive from my friends with children at Bradley East about these women either.
