We love BH in Braintree! The teachers and staff are friendly and considerate, and the company has excellent operations and procedures in place. The location is bright and clean with a lot of resources and enclosed outdoor play areas attached to the building. We always feel safe and secure there, from day one dropping off our 4 month old until now when he is 20 months and in the midst of COVID. The people are also open to listening and finding ways to help that are unique to your family. Our son loves it there too! We have had a lovely experience there and highly recommend it.

Our daughter has been going to Bright Horizons for 4.5 years and we could not be happier with the experience. The dedication to giving children the essential skills needed for school while providing a nurturing fun environment has been so beneficial for her. We joined after a co-worker who has researched his options for months choose Bright Horizons at BH and we have been so happy. Would encourage anyone looking for care for their child to check it out, Alyssa and the team are great!

We could not be happier with our experience at BH at Braintree Hill and would recommend them to anyone looking for childcare in the area. They continue to provide a safe, engaging and fun place for our child to grow and learn. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic they have kept parents informed, and taken great safety measures to ensure the safety of the children and everyone at the center - we are very appreciative of that!

I love how much my kid has learned while in here. The teachers have done a great job in the development of my child. I am also very grateful to this center in general, because when I was desperately looking for care for my child everywhere else I looked told me they were full, Alyssa made a space for us, and for that I will always be thankful.
