Its a pleasure to write a positive review again.I went with 60 min facial with Jane D.Before my facial she asked for any goals I wanted to achieve and really seemed like she knew what she was doing. Sometimes Jane coordinated her steps with her educator Carol.Jane was very professional and excellent at her job and was very knowledgeable about the AVEDA products. I felt comfortable and relaxed.Ashley at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.I strongly recommend Aveda Institute in Brandon. Looking forward for more visits.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and offered good product suggestions. So far I’m very happy with my items. She also gave me a couple samples that are exactly what I will need.Thank you. I’ll definitely be back.

Ms. Princess Jones was very professional and educated me in my skin throughout the facial experience. She recommended a few Aveda products and I brought them home with me. Auben is a cosmetology student she has the most beautiful hair herself. This is the second time she has foiled my hair and it looks amazing. Auben has a client for life. I would recommend both men and women to schedule an appointment you won’t be disappointed! I am scheduling an appointment for my son next I know she will do a great job.

I had my hair done by Kylie not to long ago and she was nice and let me know what was going on the entire time. She really made sure I was in know of my hair. I felt like I was really in control of getting what I wanted out of hair from start to blow dry everything was beautiful!

This rating is not for the student that did my hair color, its directed toward the front desk staff. I had my hair appointment for 5/12/21 at 11am. Upon checking in I was not greeted and the lady at the check in desk acted like she hated her job, very short answered and not friendly at all. During my color service, everything went great. The student was nice, but attention needs to be made to when she was applying my color. After I bought some product, paid then left. When I got home my husband looked at me said oh my gosh you have hair color all over your outfit! Thats when I looked down and saw hair color in multiple places, which led me to see it was also on my custom handbag and on my tan leather seats in my car!! I immediately called the school to let them know....the girl that answered the phone was completely RUDE and unapologetic and she said Oh....(then dead silence on her end) then said well I guess I will notify the instructor. She offered NO suggestions or or let me take your info and someone will get back to you regarding your issue. NADA!! I asked to speak to a manager and she said that there was no manager present. I have gone to this school many times and this is and will be the last time I go. I cant get over the lack of compassion over the hair color ruining my outfit, purse and car! Last I knew, Aveda was all about customer service and care....definitely didnt get that here.

My stylist is Justice, and AMAZING doesn’t come close to describing her natural ability to work wonders with blondes! My tone is always so icy and cool…just the way I love it! She’s definitely a blonde specialist! If you’re wanting to turn your blonde up a notch, then book with Justice! She books up fast so do it now! You’ll love the way you look and feel after seeing her!

Nae is a SuperStar!! I had not been in a salon in about a year (home color) and she made my hair look beautiful with highlights root touch up and cut. So happy with the results. Super friendly staff and full line of Aveda products for sale.

My kids and I had an amazing experience here. Both my girls got there hair cut from Heks, she did awesome. Mandi did my cut and color and it came out perfectly. Will definitely recommend both of these women and I will be going back. The teacher are always around and making sure you receive what you came in for.

Today was my first time visiting the institute and I really was impressed. The atmosphere was great, everyone was polite and professional, I felt really comfortable with the safety measures they had in place, the facial I received was better than any facial I have had at other spas. The products were really great and the aesthetician did a wonderful job explaining my skin assessment and each product used. Im also really picky about which companies I support. I was pretty blown away by how environmentally conscious they are. It made me feel good inside and out. I will definitely be going back.

I had great service. I did a color and Justice did very well and the supervising instructor was available as needed. I will return.

I went in for a facial.. what a disaster. Worse facial ever and I understand they are students but to have eye cream rubbed into your eyes instead of the outside! No brushes to put on the mask and very little massaging done if any at all. These girls are under trained. Never again and I feel sorry for the students who have to learn like this. Waste of money

The Aveda Institute in Brandon, Florida is full of postive energy and passion fueling from the educators, students, and support staff. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and relaxing. I highly recommend any service from head to toe. The Aveda products are an extra special treat to take home and smell like Aveda anytime!!
