We’ve been coming here for several months now and the instruction is consistent and excellent. Also, the value is unbeatable. Unlimited attendance each week makes it great for kids to keep growing and learning with forgetting week to week. Friendly and welcoming environment too.

Sensi Justin is awesome! We got our son involved with this dojo a little more than a year ago. Honor, Respect & Discipline are the key lessons he teaches in class and for life. Stretching, Exercise, Grappling & MMA are the main focus of disciplines taught. He blends karate, muy thai, jujitsu, wrestling, boxing and much more!

My son has been going here for over a year and cant wait to see what his next years achievements will be. The coach is amazing with the kids from the teaching with discipline, respect and also teaching that to be better you have to put the hard work in and with that you will succeed .....never give up on yourself. My son at age 6 now is learning to never give up on himself which my son is only 38lbs very tiny but positive attitude.

My son has been a student of Coach Justin for almost 4 years now. Justin has created an atmosphere of respect and support. Students are encouraged to persevere through challenging tasks and are given productive feedback in order to progress.

Justin is a great sensi, his no BS attitude is above reproach. If you want a sensi who will teach your children or you how to properly defend against an attacker this is the place to go. He doesnt give you anything unless you earn it. No trophy for attending! Just hard work and attention to detail is what you should expect here. Our son has been attending this dojo since he was 3 and will be 10 in august. What he has learned will last a lifetime.
