I have had my son in this center for 6 months and my daughter attends for the summer. My children love going in each day and enjoy learning with their friends. I would highly recommend this school.

Everyone worries about a good daycare, their safety, and growth, my daughter at 6 months came to la petite, during covid, as difficult as she was my girl was adapted in no time. I love you guys !!

I didnt like work here they cut my hours and said it was bc they had more teachers then kids but also said that they didnt need me but i could stay if i wanted

My son has not learned any respect while being at this daycare, if anything he lost some...so dont let the fake intro fool you. Obviously the children are are not paid attention to or they are too understaffed if my son can get a pan & draw ALL over himself. Anyways, make your choice parents.

2 hrs after watching my 6 year old son who’s on the spectrum with people who are supposedly trained to handle that called us and said he was a danger to himself and the people watching him and told us he couldn’t stay. Lazy people who instead of taking the time to get to know him and explain to him that what he does could hurt himself and others are quick to send him away and not be stressed by it. Should’ve trusted the reviews. Thanks for the wasted time, money, and energy and will be waiting for my refund.

I didn’t work here very long. The school looks ghetto. Old toys and books. The La Petite Academy corporation. Needs to do a better job with this school. No one wants to work there.The corporation is worried about a water bottle because it’s a choking hazard but they are not worried about shelves not being bolton down. A wooden toy kitchen fell on a child, if it was bolton down that wouldn’t happen. You do training in the computer. They expect you learn how to do you’re job by doing training. No one explain to you how to do you’re job properly

Went in for a tour. Upon arrival I noticed an odd smell outside it looks as though some plumbing is being dug up where kids play. The interior has an odd smell and is very dirty/old. Everything looks worn beyond it’s time and needs replacing. The rooms are a disaster and the ceiling looks like they will fall in. I would never send my child to someone that frankly looks this horrific inside. I wouldn’t waste time looking at this facility. The only redeeming quality is the staff seem kind minus one staff member I witnessed being rude to their own child telling them to MOVE in a very course manner that has me concerned how she would speak to my child in private. I would skip this school.

This is the absolute worst daycare. Their turnover rate is extremely high and for good reason. My son went here for 3 months when he was an infant, but it was 3 months too long. He came home with head injuries (Im talking huge bruises) on 3 different occasions. They said it was from him falling on the concrete! Now I understand babies will fall when learning to walk but at 6-9 months you would think the teachers were watching him and on the floor as they are supposed to be. Nope! They were constantly over ratio of 4:1 kids to staff and the young girls they had in there were rude and could care less. The director got fired while we were there and the new director is like mommy dearest. Please keep your babies away!!!!

Employment turn around is rediculously high due to unexperienced, unprofessional people they hire. My daughter is 3 and I will be moving her to the one on Kings in hopes of a more professional, caring atmosphere. You get attitude from every direction with this place when voicing your concern or requesting anything outside of what their doing for the benefit of your child.

I have called them directly about Part time childcare as I have 50/50 custody of my daughter. I asked if they could do 10 days a month and they explained that I could not. Then it was changed to paying for 12 at about 160 a week because I had to pay for 3 days every week. This is the same price that I pay now for full time tuition at my current preschool. The worst part is, i submitted an inquiry to their corporate web page, they called back immediately and said that they offer a “flex card” where you can buy 5 days at a time and use as I please, scheduled or not as long as I gave notice. I called this facility and asked why they had not mentioned it and they really could not come up with an answer and the woman who responded was defensive and disrespectful when I called to ask about it. I am a single mother getting back into the workforce and it is difficult enough leaving your child with someone else, much less to be treated like a second class citizen bc I can not keep paying full time tuition.

I love it there!!! Great people and place for the children!!

When we first enrolled our two kids to this school the Director and all the teachers were great with my kids and with us as parents. Then she moved on to another school and the new Director they got to take her place was completely incompetent. She got there and I had to redo both of my kids paperwork, she blamed the previous Director for that problem. Then she started losing employees and my kids where going through different teachers a lot. When my son first started he was starting to come out of his shell but with all the new teacher he clammed up again. Both of my kids hated going to school when they used to love it. So we pulled them out. When we left the school owed us 350 because we paid a month at a time. It took them two months and a lot of calling them and corporate to get our money back. We also had pictured that were due to be sent there by the end of the month and they lost both of my kids packets of pictures. We gave them a month and they only found my daughters. Sharon claimed she never received my sons and that none of this was her fault. So I called lifetouch and they could give me an exact time that the school received my sons pictures and resent them to our address so we no longer had to deal with them. She can not keep anything organized and is the poorest Director I have ever seen. Beware.

This place is a joke. I am a employee that has left they do not treat the kids with love & attention that they should. They toss the kids around like they are nothing! The director jaki has dropped a kid on her face purposely. This place is runes horrible never have the time for a kid. Accused a hard working teacher of hurting a kid and called DCF just to find nothing and only did it to save the company 3,000$ only makes the company run nicely when corporate people come in the building. Will lose all paper work ever handed to them. The director jaki will tell everyone your business. The building is crawling with roaches and bugs. Very dirty building the toilet fluids all the time. At the end of the day don’t send your kids to this daycare they do no care about kids the way they should and the director jaki is not friendly with the kids like she should be.

The director was purposely making my son vomit so Id come and pick him up from school. I found gnats in his crib, mentioned it and ever since then they mistreated my son who was under a year when this happened. I had to call DCF and everything. Expensive for no reason! This school sucks!

It is a disaster that place and teachers who shout to babies ... the schools are not trained or to take care of themselves
