These guys are great!!! Very helpful and quick service. I was referred but I still called around for pricing etc. By far this is the best place. Kevin is very helpful. They return calls promptly and text too if thats your deal. Theyve made having this device in my car not that big of a deal... and its a lot nicer device than Ive seen in others cars.

Definitely recommend this place, Brian was very informative. Hes very straight forward about pricing and has great customer service. This guy definitely deserves your business, They have always answer my phone call during the year i had the service with them and never once have to tow the car to there facility. I would recommend this place.

WOW is all I have to say. Asian accent male answered the phone very rudely and kept hanging up on me. I am studying criminal justice and was actually hoping to include these guys in my report. Not sure why he hung up on me mid sentence TWO times. Lifesafer monitech guardian, alco alert and instant interlock helped me out with the report I am doing. Guess you guys dont even have statistics or a department for that? Sounds like a one stop oriental shop. Unbelievable.

Worst company ever!!! They gave me a defective machine then charged me 15 bucks everytime they had to fix it, and every time I called no one answered and when they eventually did they were rude as hell and hung up on me when I told them I wasn’t happy. The manager said come in install your device so you don’t have to deal with us... and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE HORRIBLE!!!!

0 zero stars , they’re very rude and unprofessional.I was calling at night (due to an emergency)And there was no response, just around 30-40 nonstop messages with “?” signs from two different phone numbers.I call the next morning at 8:50am they answer, I explained my device is locked and tell me to call them back again at 9am , I waited 10minutes, did so only to find a voice machine telling me the phone I’m trying to reach has been disconnected.I wish my experience would have been better unfortunately this is honestly the worst “business” I have had to deal in my entire life.

I have my device installed here the technician was great and helpful and the devices is reliable I have device for 7 months now. Jeremy Hernandez
