My wife started to attend this studio since last August 2020. She watched a video on Facebook and was eager to learn the pole dance. She started to learn the basic skills from Jenny and got advanced skills from Rachel. Its been 6 months and she become healthier and got fitted more than ever. She got positive, active and had no health issue last 6 months. Amazing!

Great place! Clean, close parking, easy to schedule and contact someone for questions. The poles had great spin and were nice, tall poles!Instructor was very helpful, great at giving pointers and tips. The class was really fun and I worked up a sweat. Its the best way to workout!

This studios has some great teachers and staff! Each teacher has their own style, making every class different and always allowing for the opportunity to learn something new.

If you are looking for a great group of amazing people, want a great workout, to be challenged, and to feel sexy & strong- this is the studio to go to. There are a variety of classes depending on your experience level. The classes also have a different focus by the instructor so you know what to expect. All of the instructors are excellent!! I love how each have a unique style and flair. The best part is that the class sizes are small- only 8- so you can usually pair up. This gives a good amount of rest in between tricks or combos taught. I have been attending Inversion for almost two years and I couldnt think of going anywhere else! I look forward to my classes and Pole family every week and the amount of fun it will be.

The classes are very challenging but in a comfortable setting! All ladies are welcomed and the atmosphere is definitely confidence boosting and fun! I would recommended anyone to go to Inversion Pole Dance Studio!

If Im not at home or work, then Im at IDS. I love this nice cozy studio where everyone knows each other by name, and all the instructors are fun and caring. Every instructor has his/her own style so I never get bored, even though I go there almost everyday, and spend at least 2 hours every time Im there. The studio has 4 poles and max class size is 8 people, so each student gets a good amount of time to practice on the pole and rest in between. The instructors also make sure students try the tricks on the bad side so the body is balanced. Instructors know their students progress and modify tricks/spins to accommodate. They are also very patient to go over the tricks and make sure the students are safe.I started with IDS in March 2013 and so glad to have it on my pole dance journey. I love the studio, instructors, and everyone I met there!

Inversion Dance Studios is by far an excellent pole dance studio Ive had the pleasure of going to for a great exotic dance session! This studio has a nice variety of class offerings, including pole (beg/int/high int), flexibilty, choreo, etc. The owner Jenny and the instructors De Anne, Steph, Shari, Angela, and Kristen are all talented and helpful when it comes teaching their amazing ways of pole dancing. They help you break down some challenging moves and give you conditioning tips on how to improve your skills. Whats great is that since the class sizes are small (max of 8 people), you do have plenty of one on one time with the instructors, so they can guide you thoroughly on how to do a pole move. The instructors encourage you to push yourself to doing something new and challenging, and not be afraid to unleash your sexy side while dancing. So youre definitely in good hands! Also, Sandy is an awesome social media manager, constantly keeping us on the loop of upcoming Inversion events!The ambiance of the studio is very welcoming. It is a very tight knit community as youll see many familiar, friendly faces and might share a pole with them- as there are 4 tall poles total. Ive befriended amazing fellow pole dancers here, and they are also encouraging and do applaud you for your success. I love coming here because it is a fun and welcoming studio. To me, pole dancing at first is difficult starting out, but it brings out the confidence and the sexy dancer side of me.
