We needed to fax a large document, and also recycle some old print cartridges. We were able to do both here. Its just a shame theyre not enforcing the wear a mask notice at the front door. Too many sociopaths, I guess....

Very bad experience here at this Staples! Definitely would not recommend. I came to this Staples to print and to fax. The associate by the name of GISELE that works in the printing area gave horrible service and she had an attitude the entire time! Very rude person. She couldnt even help me print what I needed to print on cardstock correctly. The male manager that was there that day was just as equally bad! Horrible horrible horrible!! I ended up leaving without getting anything done.

The purpose of my visit was to get a poster printed on cardstock. The woman over at the printing center named Gisselle was very rude and kept giving me attitude because she said they were busy but she will try to help me. There was only one other customer in the print area and about 2 other associates hanging off yo the side with the manager. I should have left when she was being rude to me I’m the beginning but instead I gave her the benefit of the doubt and continued with my purchase. What product she provided me with was so bad. I had the same product done for me multiple times at staples but she said it was not possible. Finally I just requested a refund where she then requested for the manager and he did not want to come over. He brought over a paper for the refund and did not acknowledge us whatsoever. He went back to stand around with his other 2 associates. Worse staples I’ve ever been. Please do not come here if you are a customer service type of person or want quality products.

Really bad customer service from the associate Giselle in the printing center! Never coming back here again. Good luck trying to ask for assistance from the male manager as well. He’s just as bad as his employee if not worse. They need to be retrained if not given a different position!

I honestly will say that for 2 years that Ive been going to this store seen many employees coming and going and all have been friendly and helpful managers are great at this moment Melanie awesome manager Richard also the way they help and step in when customers need help or staff is busy there stupendous why i say all this is because all of you with bad reviews is like that person that said the employee didnt even now how to make a copy Im sure there was a time where you didnt know either and for those that want every employee to be at your service please its not because there no staff to help you is just your use to have everything given on the palm of your hand its not that hard to do things yourself and for the ones that wait 1 hour in line really learn to have patience one day you will be the slow to or maybe your parents the one about false online advertisement and blame the store what you know for a fact that they invented the website they go in and work thats it and the other person that things are set up with the wrong price label that doesnt mean they could of done it i myself have seen people just throw the tag of and just put it where ever is easy i mean all of you that fits the jacket be a little more grateful and dont judge others be thankful and value what you have in life try to put yourself in there shoes be more helpful and dont expect nothing in return seriously i can go on and on but i can definitely think i made myself clear where all human beings where not perfect no one is where not more nor less than anyone in this earthly world.....

Noah, at the printing and photo center was so helpful. He noticed I was confused the moment I came in and promptly walked me through the steps of printing labels and sending my package. I wanted to be sure to write this review because he showed such outstanding customer service, and he deserves to be recognized.

On the wknd before Christmas, Esther worked our printing job from beginning to end. We had a lot of instructions. She got it to us early and the job was done perfectly!

I find most of what I need to organize my office here. They also have learning books and homework books for kids. Any school or work supplies are here!

Severely understaffed to the point that its like playing hide and seek to find a sales associate. The few folks who are working there rarely actually know where the thing you want is and will give you an incorrect location leaving you to figure it where the thing you want actually is by yourself, and the pricing is so uncompetitive that you dont even need to go online to get a better deal: driving a short distance to target or wal-mart will almost always result in cheaper prices and a better selection.

They were very helpful with all my questions and helped me find what I needed. With a smile :) I bought my printer ink, folders, surge protector, and phone charger here today. Clean, stocked and the service is great!

Horrible customer service. I asked for help for blue paper and the guy pointed to a self help kiosk desk. It didn’t work so I told him he said ok. There was three employees standing there hanging out doing nothing bored out of their minds. I told the guy behind the cash register thanks for nothing. Took my business elsewhere. Surprised that this Staples is in business.

The staff are very helpful. Sometimes the line can be very long and causes some staff to get irritated. Other than that, its a good place to shop and do your errands for your company.

The printing paper rack was half empty so I didnt find the paper I wanted and, since no one was coming to help, I reached on the top shelf, where the items are stored rather than displayed for sale and and grabbed a ream of paper closer to what I wanted but that wasnt on display. When I got to the register it turned out that paper was on sale, but no one cares to restock it. Additionally the register had ran out of change so the person at the register called the manager to bring some. This guy took his time and, even though there was a line at the register waiting, took his time even walking to the register. No sense of urgency, service or even awareness of how out of shape their store is.

The sun was shining, the weather was hot, I entered Staples, Brea to see what theyd got. I wandered and perused the multitude of supplies, then a voice in the distance said Welcome to Staples! with a smile and fire in his eyes. Not a moment had passed, since the welcoming occurred, I had customer service, like no one had ever heard. The mans name was Michael C., and unbeknownst to me, I was in for a shopping experience limited only to your wildest dreams. The courtesy he showed, without breaking stride; buried underneath my seemingly endless list, of office supplies. He showed me to the cashier check stand after helping me with my list, said Have a great day, sir! and was off with a twist.I rate this store 5/5 for the class, patience, and professionalism I received on my visit. 7/7/2017Thank you Staples, Brea.

The low rating is for the tech service. We brought our daughters phone in to have the screen repaired for it being cracked. We were sold on the service, the 1 year warranty and then paid for the upsell of the Liquid Armor product. After having the phone home for 1 week, the phone fell from the counter on to the trash can, 2 feet. In an Otterbox, with the Liquid Armor, the screen cracked. BUYER BEWARE, the one year warranty does not cover a cracked screen. So after 1 week of a decent screen, an upsell charge on Liquid Armor, we are back to a horrible looking screen. Also, when you try to call and associates do not answer, you are disconnected. Horrible service and communication about the product.
