Everything is a freaking mystery nobody knows nothing. Horrible experience, still nobody knows nothing about graduation dates, but they know perfectly how much i owe. Change employees constantly to the point that you dont know who is whom anymore. If you want to build up your future, go someplace else, i regret a thousand times enrolling there >:(

Great programs and lots of options to choose from!

Im actually a little surprised by the amount of negative reviews. My recent personal experience with the admissions and financial aid department have been amazing! They have been very thorough and considerate about explaining all of the paperwork involved with admissions and FAFSA . They guide you step by step through each line of the documents, they give you clear options to opt-out of certain disclosures, and they have readily answered any questions I had If I needed clarification on anything.I have been to a couple of other schools in the past, and Ive noticed a considerable positive difference between the way that this school and the faculty handle things vs the other schools.For starters, If I had a question about admissions paperwork in regards to what Third Party means exactly = They answered me immediately instead of ignoring me and sending me more paperwork to sign.And most importantly! Not once did I ever get the impression that I was dealing with a bunch of used car salesmen. I appreciate that.I super excited about starting!!I cant wait!

Its a good school. Teachers are very helpful and respond back to people almost immediately after you email them.

I have enjoyed my time in the vet tech program. My teachers have all been amazing, Ive learned a lot and had fun learning it. all of the hands on they provide was extremely helpful. I will miss this school and all of my teachers when I graduate in a few months.

I started in the Surgical tech program last November, I was a little worried because they were not accredited when I started but they have since gained accreditation through abhes Most of the teachers are awesome! They will stay after class with you so you have extra time to practice your skills and even have an open lab on Saturdays! I cant wait to see where this program gets me in the next upcoming months!

I would give zero stars if i could. I have been attending this school for one year and it is one of my biggest regrets. In one year there has been a complete turn over in staff, 3 new deans and 3 new presidents. Staff is being fired and replaced left and right, its a running joke with my class who will be fired next. There are bi- annual tuition raises which nobody tells you at the beginning. My tuition has gone up 10,000 since last year. The teachers do not have teaching degrees, some have been ok, and some have been terrible and when brought up, nobody seems to care about the people who are paying to come here. My program is inconsistent, unorganized, and the equipment is very outdated. The amount of money they are making off of us, there is no reason while we should be lacking equipment, supplies and quality teachers and programs. Had I known what i know now, i would not have paid even half of the money that they charge for tuition. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, even if it means waiting. You will not get quality here.

Worse college ever. I truly regret the time I waisted here that I’ll never get back. They’re not willing to help students but have no problem taking your money. Staff quite all the time, disorganized, grading system is terrible, you ask for help if you’re having trouble you have certain instructors treating and talking to you like you’re stupid for not understanding. There’s really no set person to go to for help because the staff quit all the time, so the person that was decent enough to help you Monday might not be there Friday. This is by far the worse school ever.

I enjoyed my experience. Yes it was hard, but it was worth it. I have a great job now and lifelong friends. I have a lot of respect for the teachers and found them overall knowledgeable. In the the end kyou get out what you put in, Im happy to say I am an official graduate.

I have been going to Stautzenberger since 2015. I have regretted my choice for this school a few quarters after I started. No breaks, staff is rude to students. They tell us we have make up days when students have work those days. Also when we have 4 hour lectures, we were not allowed to eat, drink, or use the restroom in those 4 hours. I met some great staff members, about 2-3, that I truly do like but thats only the instructors.

I had a bad experience with this school. Called to schedule a walk through for their ultrasound program, and the lady on the phone insisted on repetitively saying that healthcare was scary. I had reminded her several times that I already work in healthcare and have seen everything. I just felt like she was trying to turn me off to this program... When I went in several months later I met with her and the same thing happened again.The women that also showed me around, she was not dressed professional at all. So that made me feel a little uneasy for some reason.Now I came in expecting this program to be cheaper than most schools, and I was expecting there to be no nonsense classes like math and English.. the course was around 35,000 dollars and there are online courses for math, science, English, etc..After being turned off by all of that... I was called by them 3 times after. Each time they said my name wrong, even after I told them that is not the way my name is said.. they called me to ask if I was still interested in a program I never asked to do..I was just frustrated through the whole process and Im going to a Community college, because the program is around 8,000.

This College has students coming in below 0 temperatures. To hell with taking children out to babysitters. Whats worse is that theres no teachers to teach... Bad business when teachers quit last week... Hummmm I wonder why? Dont waste your money...

If I could zero stars. I would. This place is absolutely horrible. I have been here for 6 months and I hate it. The teachers get upset when you question them. They don’t teach, They stand up and talk without actually explaining anything. The lady in charge of money is completely rude. I had gone through some pretty hard stuff and she called me to talk about money. I explained to her what had happen and instead of saying just come see me when you come in next, she continued to talk about money and not care at all about me needing a day to grieve. I sit in my Monday morning class with my friends and we sit and go off on all reasons why this place sucks. Do your self a favor and don’t spend your money or time. Also I have an IEP they told me they wanted to “wing me off of it” that makes no sense seeing I actually need it. This place is horrible. Don’t even bother.

I was considering going to this school until I saw the tuition cost and I read the comments. There were too many ( cons ) and not many (pros) . I do not want to attend a school that will waste my time. If its hard to find a job in the medical field after graduation its not worth it. Especially, if you have high students loans. I guess all the positive comments came from people that work there and from students thats not in the medical field or cool with the staff. Tri C will be a better choice for me . Im not taking any chances at this school. Better safe than sorry . With tuition that high you might as well go to a junior college or a university. Remember you always get what you pay for . True facts!

PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY ! I would advise you to take your money and run to a real school. By far the worst college ever. Most of the staff are no help. The Majorty of the good teachers are gone. Now the majority of the teachers are under qualified and unprofessional. I honestly feel robbed of my money. This school only cares about the money not your success.

The school is very unorganized. And they dont have any materials for the students. They are all about a dollar. They are not there for the students. Dont go there go to a school where you can learn.

I went to this school about 6 years ago and I regret it this school is a joke. I got hurt at the school couldnt walk at all was rushed to the hospital was told by doctors if I was to walk I had to use crunches okay no problem Im sure someone at the someone will help me carry my books laptop everything I had nope not one person would come out of there office to help me. I wouldve other students help and that was a good thing but because I missed classes due to my leg injury from their school the typing teacher failed me. I couldnt tell you all the times we where showed movies in the Paralegal studies program and that was our lecture. I have spoke to alot of attorneys and they all tell me they would never hired anyone who was a student here because you learn nothing. Most of the teachers who where there when I was where good attorneys but come on now movies and field trips they will add classes on to you just for extra money the laptops they try and make you get are not worth it you can go to bestbuy and get a awesome laptop for the same price. Your books are always late most of the time I was told everything they wanted to tell to have me sign up but once your there a few months you find out just how bad this school really is. I will never understand how this place it allowed to stay open save your money save your student loans go to a place that will help you grow and learn and give you the hands on experience you to succeed in your career look into Polaris career center Middleburg Heights Ohio or cuyahoga Valley career center or tri-c that what I did and I love my career and I do believe my leg injury was a sign from the powers that this school was a joke and all they want is money and more money and they give 2 S@#$ about the students

I have very few regrets in life...going to this college is one of them. I graduated almost a year ago and still have no job. My student loans are piling up. Im in worst shape then when I started this program. They dont set you up for success, in fact when I started externship they were shocked when they found out I wasnt just starting school. I truly believe that if I went to a different school I would be settled into my new career by now. Please dont go here...dont make the mistake that so many of us have.

I requested information from this school online a few weeks ago. They have called my phone multiple times daily since then. They leave 2 or 3 messages on my voicemail almost daily. Sometimes for other ppl. I am filing a complaint. And any school that calls you this much with solicitation calls cant be reputable.

Do not go here for sonography or any medical program.....spend less money and get a better education and chance of getting hired by going to Tri-C! All the teachers who were helpful and professional have quit and are gone. Cleveland clinic told me in an interview they would hire a tri c student over me any day because their curriculum is the proper training. Want to go to Stautzenberger? then go for vet tech it should have stayed a vet tech school. Although vet techs make barely over minimum wage and with the cost of tuition you will barely get by with student loan repayments (but that’s none of my business) Take advice from someone who has made this mistake and is trying to help others from making the same one. Unless you’re into throwing cash in the toilet!

Worst college ever! I went to see if I can go for Vet Tech originally but found out I was pregnant and couldnt drive an hour when I worked full-time 30 minutes away from my home so I switched to Medical Billing and Coding. I was told that it would be ALL ONLINE ONLY, and I emphasized that I can only do ONLINE ONLY. They talked up on how good their school is and since Im a single mother of two, I wouldnt have to pay a thing. The woman I talked to literally said it would all be FREE. They failed to send my books on time and didnt tell me I can download word processor for free till I was already behind and failing my classes. Not a single person TALKS to you!! You can email and call all you want, YOU GET NO WHERE. Then, I was told I have to do an Externship if I wanted to graduate. This is supposed to be ONLINE ONLY. I had to quit my job due to pregnancy complications while 8 months pregnant and these people still expected me to do my externship until I called them and told them I refused to do it and I dropped out period. They continued for 3 months after that to contact me to have me finish. This school is a joke! Both Maumee and Brecksville! LCCC is even better than them!!!

Is there a way to rate 0 out of 5 stars?? I WISH. This school is a joke. If I wasnt already so far in I would transfer to another school! But I cant because none of my credits will transfer and Ill have to start all over. Save your time and money. This school is causing me stress. They always are changing things and we dont even get breaks anymore.

I love this college the staff is great if you won’t to become a medical assistant this is the college to come to it’s a 10 month program it’s worth the money

Do NOT waste your time or money! The school never answers their phones or returns calls once youre enrolled. Some teachers pick favorites and are all around unprofessional. One of my teachers just misplaced a bunch of my work and said I never turned it in. I had to go off for her to find it. I was blamed of course though. Just dont do it!

You are better off waiting and going to Tri-C... trust me on this...

School is very unorganized, and very expensive. tuition went up twice within a year. Teacher McClusky in evening program is unprofessional and not a great teacher.
