This has been the best school I have been to so far it has many academic choices than other schools and its staff are so nice, it also has a good no bullying system. Its a really good school if you ask me. Cant wait to come back! -Lily Erwin (A student)

This school is the school where the teachers will put the blame on you, make it seem it’s always your fault,and never care if your bullied. This school does not deal with kids who are dealing with depression very well they will call your parents and tell them what needs to happen, they suggest more family time or less time off phones and etc. The teachers that are mean they think are the best but the actual nice teachers ( Ms.Smedly) are not the best. I think this is the school where your child or young adult will choose the wrong path in life so please do not send your child hereThe dress code is very sexist towards the females and never take into mind anything when you give suggestions.

Ive been on both sides of Fairview, as a student and as a teacher. I would recommend going to that school. Being in Junior high no matter what is hard, its just a crappy time in everyones life because they are trying to figure out who they are to be.Yes, its true that in most schools today there is a drug problem. It is so rampant that its hard for teachers and administrators and even students to catch it. Thats how it is in the real world too. I firmly believe that if parents raise their children right and teach them the dangers of drugs, students will learn strategies to avoid drugs, like I did in school. Parents that are easy going and figure kids will be kids in regards to drugs, theres more of a chance that their kids will experiment with drugs.Overall I think that Fairview does a good job in educating their students. They have to work with what they are given. I am pretty sure I heard that they got a whole new science area as well as other updates that are sure to help tremendously in the ability to give students the education they deserve. So I say... give it a try if you are not sure, and decide for yourself.

The school where dreams never come true and youre kids become involved with drugs and alcohol and never get a good education and always fail their classes and will get beat up by little kids and thrown in dumpsters. so if you want youre kid to end up like you come on down and make him or her a student with our horrible office people that do not care about youre children or their lives. (This is in no way pointed at anyone specifically, dont get upset if the following applies to you.) Hey, you! Welcome to Fairview, the epitome of Lets force a smile onto the students faces in hopes of erasing the stereotypes and rumors surrounding our school, which the majority of such is true. Here at Fairview, there is three stages, or grades, if you will.First: 6th grade, aka We can be as loud and obnoxious as humanly possible because were new and the teachers think of us as precious little angels.Second: 7th grade, aka We can be as sexual as humanly possible because were going through puberty and thats a totally serious matter so the teachers dont give a care in the world.Third: 8th grade, aka Half of us are normal, respectable and well mannered people. The other half, usually always popular, are just like the 6th and 7th graders mixed with some cookie-cutter personality (literally everyone who is popular has the exact same personality as the last person)So you get the trend. But students arent the only problem. The students are just the surface of the disgusting rat-nest this school is. There are 4 classes of teachers here at Fairview Middle School.First class: Normal, respectful teacher - Treats students like they are human beings. (Rare)Second class: Temperate, but gentle teacher - Treats students the way the students treat them. (Uncommon)Third class: Pissy, disrespectful teacher - Treats students like they are lesser beings because they are under the age of 18. (Common)Fourth class (And the one Ive had much experience with): Favoring, out-righteously rude teacher - Treats kids like lesser beings, only treats kids who they love with respect, and tries their best to make it 10x harder for the kids they hate. (70% of teachers Ive had)Most of the teachers here treat kids like they are little four year old children because apparently, being an adult gives you that much more rule and power over teens. Where in the word Grown-up or Adult or Elder do YOU hear Power and rule over teens? Yeah, me neither. Yes, they are teachers, and they will take distractions out of the classroom, which is totally fine. But what about the study hall? Oh yes, the study hall. The 30 minutes of absolute hell for most kids. My study hall teacher thinks its perfectly ok to disrespect my privacy and constantly breathe over my shoulder. I cant sit quietly with my friends while peacefully drawing without being forced to moved across the classroom. Why? Because the teacher wants to break it up because they always jump to conclusions about whats going to happen next. They then get mad at me for drawing and tell me to work on school appropriate work. School appropriate work? Really? Oh, Im soooo sorry that I have hallucinations of the two very popular art classes that happen downstairs. The pottery class, which Im in, usually requires us to draw what were going to create. That drawing counts as a grade. So therefore, it is school appropriate. They also said, and I quote Art isnt going to benefit you in the future, so work on your hyperdoc Oh, Im sorry, I must be very unaware that multiple art pieces can usually sell for 100,000 to even millions of dollars. The truth is, Im sick of this garbage school. Most of the teachers here are absolute goons. So, in all honesty, beg your parents not to let you come to this school. You dont want to go here. Go to Ridgetop, or something.
