The staff is polite but the testing center facility is not the best. The rooms were not well lit, each of the computer bay was sticking close to each other (not generously spaced), the noise reduction headphones they provided were very uncomfortable.So when you go ask for a room that has the glass window and not the walled one.

This was an okay testing location. Be aware that if you schedule an exam for 9:30am the proctors do not get to the location until exactly 9:30am when the office officially opens. You may feel a little rushed. I will only go back because of how convenient the location is. I would rather take my tests at the White Plains Pearson office.

The testing center was a testing center. It wasnt super nice and it wasnt a dump.

I had a positive experience testing at Brewster Technologies and will use them again. The people I dealt with were polite and professional and the testing environment was adequate and comfortable.

I have never encountered anymore more rude and difficult to deal with than the woman who scheduled my exam. When it became necessary to reschedule, the woman I was dealing with wrote a nasty note to my employer. When I was shown the letter I was in disbelief at her vulgarity. I vowed, as did my employer, to never use this testing facility again. I canceled my exam and took my business elsewhere. They are horrible.

This testing facility is okay. Nothing special about it. The problem is the proctor shows up when she feels like it. For a 10 AM test, she will get there about 10:15 or 10:30, and you will start your test just before 11.
