The red head at the front was very rude and unprofessional when I came in. The students were great but it seems the instructors act like catty teenagers instead of professionals.

Good prices and if your looking for a pretty common hair style, trim, color or otherwise they are usually pretty good. Sometimes they have students who are really gifted with hair and I have also seen some who where visible scared of cutting my daughters hair. Likewise some of the teachers who are available to help with more difficult requests can be very helpful or pushy and even rather curt.Most times I have gone have been good experiences but for that occasional bad day you need to be able to advocate for how you want your hair done.
