This was my first class and it was awesome. It was high intensity, very hands on, hitting and kicking pads. I also liked that the instructors are well versed in state law and mind set, both very important when you are learning self defense. Great experience, cant wait for the next class.

I couldn’t be more greatful for the program they offer for my child! I was at a loss to find an activity that my little guy could really sink his teeth into. His attitude outside of class has improved too! The skills he is learning in class he is able to use outside, it’s more than just learning Martian arts moves, the teachers are teaching them tricky strangers and how to get peoples attention when they need help. The amount of benefits we get back from class are more than anything else I could do for my little guy!

Ive been training here for almost seven years now and it has completely changed my entire life. Its a family environment where everyone comes together to work towards their goals. Ive never been in better physically health or had this much confidence in myself. Whether youre looking for fitness, self defence, personal improvement, or to overcome bullying or abuse, this is the place to be.

The team is very helpful by answering all my questions and helping my two kids enjoy learning skills that will help them grow to become even better then before. The dojo is clean, smells great the times of the classes works great with my schedule!

My 12 year old daughter was so nervous the first night, but Heather calmed her fears and after the class, my daughter loves it!!! After a year and some months, my daughters confidence has gone through the roof and her school performance has improved so much that she made student of the month.

I started my 12 year old daughter here back in February. She has already leveled up to Yellow belt and she knows how to have self confidence when bully situations arise. They also teach kids how to get away from kid nappers, which as a parent makes me feel better when I know my daughter is walking with friends.I have attended 2 ladies self defense seminars and each time I have learned what to do in different and difficult situations. Including what to do when someone grabs you by the hair and what to do when someone comes at you with a knife.I now have a higher level of confidence when simply walking around my neighborhood. And I am looking forward to leaning more at the next seminar. Thank you Defiance Martial Arts Instructors for all you do!! You are the Best!!
