We had a scheduled driving test & everything about the experience went very smoothly and as expected. Mr. Balderas was very professional and truly cares that new drivers are doing so safely. We wore masks per their request (as so many others require at this time). These are some very simple rules to follow to have consideration for others when you dont know their complete circumstances, especially when a business has hundreds of strangers going in and out of their office on a regular basis.

Do you like angry people?Mr. Fidel Balderas was extremely un professional throwing my credit card on the floor! ranting and raving about COVID and charging extra on the receipt for test because of covid. He has turned the pandemic into a profit center for his business. No wonder he wants to keep the mandate active. I have been fully vaccinated and yet I was treated with great disrespect!!! its worth the drive to not do business here!

I had a bad experience at another place in town. But the women here heightened my confidence as a new driver and made me comfortable the entire time I was here. Definitely recommend!!

I made an appointment to take my driving test. once i showed up he gave my time slot to someone else so i ended up waiting over an hour and a half for my test to begin. once i got in his car it was messy, full of trash, and smelt awful. once the test started it was alright until he asked me if i knew how to drive and started saying i was an awful driver when i was doing everything correct, i even had a video of it. continuing the driving test he started giving my instructions in spanish when i don’t speak spanish. we pulled in and he continued to drill me about how i should be grateful he told me all those things about driving and it will build my character. he continued telling me that my college degree was absolutely worthless & should do something else with my life. he talked bad about other drivers he had that day. i wouldn’t even give this place a star. i am a 20 year old and he made me feel humiliated and i was uncomfortable with him in the car. if i was 16 and with him i would cry honestly.

This place is horrible. I bought the 375$ training for behind the wheel classes. I’ve called about 20 times to schedule hours with them and they have not responded. I’m only 16 years old and I bought these classes myself. I have tried emailing for a refund and still have not got a response.

I purchased ($395) driving courses for my 15 year-old on 6/9/21. Ive left several messages and email & havent heard back. I contacted them once again this morning via phone message and email for a refund. They seem to answer messages on this review page, which is why Im posting this review. Im giving this business 48 hours to refund me my money or like another reviewer on this site Ill be contacting my credit card company or will be filing a claim to small claims court. Based on the reviews Im reading Im not comfortable with them teaching my child.

Took my money, but never scheduled classes. Ignored multiple calls and emails to resolve. Went in person three times to resolve and was lied to and given the run around each time. They are either lairs and thieves or grossly incompetent, either way I dont want them teaching my child. If I cant get my money back through the credit card company, well go through court.

!!! AMAZING !!! I was told to leave because I was not wearing a mask, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN VACCINATED !!!!I was threatened by being told that HE ( he wouldnt provide his name and spoke with a heavy accent)IF two of my friends and fellow employees werent taking the $85.00 exam, I would have rebuffed by say.ing...l. should I contact ICE?STAND UP FOR YOUR AMERICAN RIGHTS !!!FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY !!!

Everything was good the owner was on time he was very polite was very good at explaining everything before we left. Recommend anybody to use first choice driving.

My daughter just took her drivers test and passed...but the instructor belittled her in front of the office..no excuse for this at all.

I had an amazing experience at this school! Lucia is a very friendly, amazing and understanding instructor. She truly cares about her students. She shows this through her patience and willingness to do what the student wants and needs. She is the reason why I was able to pass my driving exam, she truly showed me that she cared for me. I thank you Lucia, for making this such a great experience and for everything you have done for me! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for an amazing, friendly affordable school.

I recommend not coming here. My instructor was Fidel, and he was very rude and impatient. I barely learned anything because there was no constructive criticism; there were just insults. One of them being With how you are driving, I find it hard to believe that you have done 50 hours I did my 6-hour, behind-the-wheel driving and there were three two-hour sessions. He would be on the phone for about 45 minutes to an hour each session. The thing was, we had a trip coming up and I had been hoping to get my license before we left. We had asked if we could just cancel the second two sessions in case they didnt have any slots open for us. They flat out lied to our faces and said that we had a contract with them. But, when we asked to see it, they were unable to produce it. Along with this, we asked if there were any available slots with any other instructors. They then claimed that there were no other instructors. Needless to say, I ended up going to a different driving school for my test.

We worked with Lucia and she was certainly a pleasure to interact with. She was flexible, kind and most importantly a great instructor. My daughter was very comfortable with her thanks to her easy going and kind personality. I will certainly send my other kids to Lucia in the future.

I sent my daughter into this academy. She did improve but its BAD MISTAKE. Her instructor are not patient at all, and she had anxiety attack which is no wonder why she messed up a lot. Although my daughter is not perfect yet, she is a lot more calm on her mistake and does not repeat very much mistake with me. Constructive criticism is useful, but you need to limit it. She states that her instructor stop by for his personal time which took a while. Dont bother sending yourself, or others here because the instructor is very impatient for mistake and expects you to be able to drive the first time you touched the wheel. Absolutely not worth, move over to further area to practice. Do yourself some good instead of going here.

Lucia was a really cool driving instructor. She made sure that I knew everything I needed to know before my drivers test. It felt like she really cared about my driving education.

My son learned so much from his instructor. She was patient, kind and informative. He passed his driving test with flying colors and has been a safe and defensive driver since receiving his license. Thank you so much for quality instruction!

The man we spoke to on the phone, when we called for an appointment, said, come in as soon as you can, I will fit you in. Once we get there, 30 minutes later, I took some of his sarcasm as a joke, but then hes expressing anger that we wasted his time, since he waited for us, even though he was with another customer when we arrived. He was being annoyed I had to look my insurance up on my phone, and berating my daughter, who was there for her driver test, by saying she might not pass the test since we couldnt find close parking. We left, he wasted his own time, by first not just simply scheduling an appointment for us, secondly, by being a rude jerk. He also wasted our time, and gas. We live 15 miles outside of Brighton, and we still need a driver test.

I walked in today to schedule my son for his permit classes. What a joke. This place is filthy, looks like the desks were made for second graders and the people were extremely rude. I would rather pay more money and drive further than to go back!! Save yourself the trip and dont bother coming here.

A few years back I came here to get some driving instruction, as well as get my driving test done because I was still a minor. My parents hadnt had time to show me all the nooks and crannies of driving (how to parallel park,how to check engine oil, adjusting mirrors etc) so I was eager to learn. I soon learned that I was not going to receive such training as the instructor we had hired was more interested in demeaning and childishly insulting me than he was in teaching me anything. I had a couple of 2 hour sessions with him and in that time all we did was drive up and down Brightons suburban areas because he said he didnt trust me to drive anywhere else. On one of our sessions he finally made me drive him to the Aurora DMV so that he could file some paperwork. I spent 20 out of 120 minutes sitting in their old hoarded car that they used for lessons waiting for him to finish filing paperwork. When the time finally came for me to take my drivers test my instructor was unhappy because he deemed the test too easy. When he finally signed my paper saying I had passed the test he scolded me saying I was a bad driver who didnt deserve it because I was a risk to anyone on the road. The pros to this place are that compared to other driving schools its fairly cheap, however I would rather pay more to receive quality instruction than pay to receive subpar and borderline mediocre training. If youre thinking of signing your kid up for driving classes I recommend you look somewhere else, there are better places in and around the denver metro area that will provide a quality service; because honestly Id give them no stars if Google didnt require you give at least one.

Very hard to get a hold of, slow to no response, building is trashed, and their customer service is absolutely terrible! They said we had as long as we needed to get the drive time in with the instructor, then they told us we took too long and needed to pay for the last drive. I would rename this the Last Choice Driving School.

Make sure you get all your paperwork from the drivers Ed class and from your six hours of driving . They will try to get more money out of you by saying they sent it to you when you never receiving it .

Will not recommend this place to anyone rude lack of communication trashy appears all they want is to take from our kids money coming up with excuses they dont know how to answer their phones much less return phonecalls I recommend taking the future drivers to another business around town

I went to my test drive and Fidel was very disrespectful and professional. In addition to saying that those from Chihuahua and Aguascalientes make him fat, (in fact I grew up in Aguascalientes) he said they were the most conceited and the ones who never passed the tests. He keeps saying sh * t to all of us who take the class for the written test and the driving test. I should stop saying that word, although a lot of people laugh at it, thats disrespectful.

Fidel, the owner of the place, very unprofessional, despises, as well as those who work there, I had my appointment at 7:30 a.m. at 7:25 a.m. and the man at 7:46 a.m. class I came back later to put a keja and they still say that he was already there since 7:30 and I told him we spoke before 7:30 because no one was there, check the phone and if indeed we were there before time and all Via continues saying that it was my fault, I do not recommend this place but if you want to take your risk of wasting time and going out guilty ahead

I arrived a little late because of the distance I live and apart from being late in finding the address, the person who was giving the class was rude saying that one looked like a donkey, they are supposed to be professional people, and said it in front of the whole class He is a rude arrogant, I dont know how they allow him to do that if that is his job or even if he is the owner, he has no humility towards his clients and for that he was going to pay it is not free.
