Just drove across town to get a shipping quote and was handed a full 8x11 sheet of paper, fine print, and asked to fill it out. For a quote. I should have been asked for a zip code, dimensions and a weight. I told the lady I wasnt filling that out and got a cute have a nice day snarked at my back. Wont be returning here for anything.

Went to get a copy of a manual made into a binder. They worked on it right away and the process took only about five minutes. The price was very good and yes, I will use them again soon!

Definitely need some more helps at the print and ship counter. Been here twice for laminate some docs and took me more 30” just for standing in line. And there was on one person before me.

If youre sending out a package with FedEx do not go here. Office Depot has restrictions on packages which the staff cannot overturn so if you are needing your package rerouted or held at a location for pickup its not possible. Drive the extra 10 minutes to Thornton to a real FedEx location. I sent a package out February 26th and its been 2 weeks hung up because of inadequate paperwork and restrictions.

Would absolutely not recommend this location for mailing or shipping services. I dropped off several packages there that all had tracking , prepaid postage, and were ready to go. All of my packages made it to customers except one. I talked with USPS who reassured me that they never even received it or scanned it in and that the location must still have it or lost it. Completely unprofessional. Now I am out the price or the item, the shipping costs, and a product. Disappointing all around.

Vinh in the printing department went waaaay above and beyond to help get my piece printed right. Seriously. We designed a poster and had it printed. The problem was that our poster will be displayed in a certain location with very warm light compared to how it displayed on our screen at home, both of which are different than the light at Office Depot. He reprinted our large format document probably 4 times, with a few test prints sprinkled in as well. This was over the course of a week where we adjusted the colors of our doc at home a couple times and eventually on the computer right in the store. Vinh was always cheerful and eager to help, and we were not charged any additional fees. Thanks!

Impeccable customer service at this location! Vinh was super helpful in assisting us pick out a printer. Unfortunately they did not have the printer we wanted in stock, but there was one similar that he helped us decide on. Leaving a very happy customer!

Ive been in here a few times both for shopping and for printing services. Theyve always been very nice and done a great job in a timely manner. Prices can be a bit expensive, but thats home office stores for you. Clean and well organized.

This place would get 1 star, but there is a helpful guy there. Been in a good many times for faxing, ink and office stuff. If they could ax the cruddy staff... I even took a well life isnt so bad approach and she was still a turd. I used to drive 10 miles west to the one next to the freeway. She acted like it was a huge imposition to fax documents for me.If you could post a schedule of when the nice workers are on shift, Ill come then.

The man working at the printing counter was so helpful and saved me a ton of money by printing what I needed printed. Wish I’d gotten his name so he would get credit, but I will definitely recommend Office Depot to my friends/family!

Got done what I needed done with the help of very friendly staff.

Picked up a couple things last week for my kids for school, turns out we got the wrong expo markers. Went back to exchange it, didn’t have my receipt (I assumed they could look it up via my card or something) they told me they couldn’t. Basically gave me a hard time exchanging it. They made me pay almost $4 when it was supposed to be the same exact price!! Not ok!

I spoke to the printing department. They agree to do the work. I ran over to the store. I told her that I need the poster need to be laminated. She put it in a bag and I paid 41.99 each because I need 2. I try to tape it to the wall and it ripped. She try to cut time and did not laminate it. To hurry up. I call her the next day and she was talking very defensively. All I want is my banner done correctly. Its not a science project. Two lines. The manager was very helpful and asked her to do them again. Very RUDE the lady at the printing department made it with the wrong letters size. Riding in her high Horse. No customer service at all. I dont need the abuse. I will take my money somewhere else.

They have everything. No competition. Print shop is pricey but full service. Helpful employees. Good hours.

The customer service is always outstanding! Just had some printing done; the young man who helped us did a fantastic job of making a few corrections on the work wed brought in. He was able to manipulate my original documents to work with their printer and made sure we were happy with the end result before he made the final copies. He also helped other customers who came in needing assistance with a courteous attitude, while he was working on our project. Cudos to Office Depot for hiring some intelligent, friendly people! Thay have all ways been helpful but as any one knows about smaller town life. There all ways under stafed. But overall that all are very nice

I called ahead asking if the store carried a tagging gun. The voice on the phone assured me that they did. She even did a price check for me. She quoted me a price at $11 and some change. When I entered the store with my two year old and infant, the product was $59.99!! I explained to several of the staff members that I had called ahead and had been quoted the other price. I am very disappointed. There were several other items in the store which I planned to purchase in addition to the tagging gun. I put those items back on the shelf and walked out. Office Depot, if you are reading this review, please understand that when a customer has a poor experience, they will tell others.

Bought a lateral file cabinet and it broke while I was putting it together. Cheap particle board, we had to re-drill new holes to put the cabinet together. Cheap plastic rails to hold the files. I am not confident that it will even last. Don but any office furniture there.

Wonderful customer service! Brought back ink cartridges that I had bought to get my Epson WK 2650 to print properly. (side note dont buy an Epson printer). After 2 hours on the phone with Epson they claimed it was a total loss and would only offer a %15 discount on my next purchase,. What next purchase? Now the $33.00 worth of ink was a loss to. To my delight Office Depot took them back. I have ALWAYS gotten great CS from them.

The lady that helped me told me i could get the best deals in a one place and as i walked around i was finding better deals and the kid at the check out for got to ring up two of my things and i had it i just walk out .

They a super rude and the girls there are extremely uneducated... they are lucky to be the only place in Brighton. Avoid this place and save yourself some brain cells because just being inside the building can make your IQ go down..

ZERO Customer Service......I went to the copy center (Thursday morning 0945) to get binding done on a 30pg document. There were very few customers in the store. The two employees in the copy center were just talking to each other. They continued to talk to each other and finally acknowledged me about 30-45 seconds later. Then, one employee left the area and and the other decided to answer a phone call. The employee finished his conversation on the phone (about a missing package) after 5 minutes, looked at me and said have you been helped? Strange question since he was the only employee working in the copy center. I said no, and thought finally Ill get some help. That employee went back on the phone trying to track down the package---I left the store when I realized he didnt want to help me--never going back to this Brighton Store.

The lady rep at the check out was cold and rude. I went to the store today (03/07/16) and other times, she showed the some attitudes. My neighbor complained about the same person too. But the young guy was very nice and friendly.
