DO NOT GO TO THIS COLLEGE. I was a student from May - September 2010, and it was a complete joke. Mr. Richard Erskine is a swindler, only out for money. Myself as well as friends from the college have had loans taken out in their names, none of which they approved. Mr. Erskine basically refused to give me withdrawal forms after 2 semester of one minute my grant money was there, then it wasnt. Come to find out, he had taken a loan out in my name after I had quit the college, and falsified my withdraw date as January 11, 4 months after I had withdrew.He takes student money to go on gambling trip, as hes a gambling addict. The degree also doesnt mean squat to any employer. The instructors teaching at the time falsified grades and attendance, sold and done drugs, and would come to work under the influence. One instructor, I know for a fact, would offer students a day or two off of they would pick up his 8 ball of coke, and he would grade them as present for the day.I would advise anyone who wants to pursue a degree in culinary arts to find any other school they can. Hes a swindler and a cheat, who only views his students as dollar signs, and will run you sky high in debt and get away with it due to his loopholes. Thanks to him I have 4 semesters worth on loans to pay back and no education to show for them, when I didnt need loans to begin with.
