Have been going here for going on 6 years! Learned lots of techniques and defenses. Best place to learn and train in jiu-jitsu, karate, and kickboxing! Great for all ages!

The trainers are very professional and nice, and the other students there are respectful, and have even taught me a few things, in three days, THREE DAYS I learned so much, passing guard, umpa bottom mount escape, captain morgan armbar, crucifix submission, kimura, and so much more! You can spar or roll as they call it at the end or the start of class, depending on whatever happens, then you learn moves, escapes, submissions and so on, and then you should roll for the rest of class. The trainers are very nice and if youre stuck on something theyll do their best to go the extra mile... theres nothing more I can say but good.

Excellent school for both kids and adults. Offers Kempo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kick-boxing, Krav-Maga, and MMA Training. My son has been taking Kempo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 3 years now and Ive been in BJJ classes for about 1.5 years and we both love it. The instructors make everyone feel welcome and create an atmosphere that feels more like a family than any gym membership could.

Ive been attending Stryker for coming up on 3 years this September, and wouldnt give it up unless I had too!
