There is always yelling at this center. The kids do not get to play like they should. They are expected to sit a lot of the day. It makes me sad to hear the stories my children would tell me. The turn over rate is high also, no consistency at all. I am glad that I took my children to another center. They are enjoying being at daycare again and learning so much more.

This place is so big! The rooms are nice, the teachers are kind, and the director takes her time getting to know each kid. My 5 year old had a tough first day here and the director took time to sit with him and talk it out. They always ask so many questions about both of my boys. It really shows me they are trying to help them grow. I can’t speak as to why the reviews were bad before but I can tell that right now these people care about my children. I highly recommend them and will alter this review if I’m proven wrong.

I love this place! I have been taking my son to The Childrens House since he was 8 weeks old. He is 17 months now. From that first day when they told me I could drop in or call to check in on him anytime I wanted, I felt so comfortable. It was a rocky start logistically but once the new owner took over, I could feel the whole air about the place shift and change for the better. The price is a little higher than others that I have researched around the area, but the location cant be beat for my commute. He was recently out with hand foot an mouth for a whole week, the first day back he ran to his teacher Sue and gave her a huge hug. That makes me feel great, and I know he is being taken care of there! I couldnt be happier with them.

Ive been taking my son here for almost a year. All the employees are very friendly. Emily, the controller, is simply the best. I know that our little boy is very well taken care of here. There are a lot of hands on activities. Its very comforting knowing my son isnt placed in front a tv all day. Every day I leave with a filled out sheet of every minute of his day. Every nap, snack, diaper, activity. Its wonderful. Theres been a time or two that my son felt under the weather. Emily immediately called me and when I arrived I found my son comforted and shelter away from the other children. They keep a well handled control of germs here. The place is spotless and full of beautiful toddler artwork. Highly recommended to anyone in need.

Be warned: at least six times per year they will unexpectedly close (for repairs, bad weather, water leaks, or any other made-up reason) leaving you to scramble to find coverage for your kids. Possibly forcing you to burn precious vacation days. And you pay the monthly rate regardless of whether they watched your kids!At least three times in one year they closed for bad weather whereas other area daycares were open.Told me on a Thursday (when I was picking my kid up - not dropping off) that they would be closed on Friday. When I asked why they said because they had X number of kids out sick. I asked why that should matter and I got a very short response that state law requires it. I asked what section of the Ohio Revised Code imposes this requirement? After giving a handful of other tenuous reasons as to why theyre closing Friday she finally said it doesnt matter because were going to be closed Friday regardless.

Absolutely terrible. I wouldn`t let these people watch my dog. Emily smokes her cigarette basically in the hallway in the mornings and the building stinks. They do not feed your child and insists all meal be finger foods. Our sheets and blankets have came up missing several times and Jamie the owner would not return my phone call. We lasted a month and decided to send our boy to Le Chaperon Rouge which I highly recommend.

I called to get some prices on taking my kids there I talked to the owner have her my first and last name she then asked me for my number I told her at this time I would like to not give that to her .I told her why which was because last time I was looking for a daycare I got so many calls from the daycares I did not pick and flooded with emails for almost a year after mind you this is the 4 place I called and had no problem getting prices ... She told me no she would not give me prices unless I have her information .. I told her I guess you dont want my business. she hung up on me.. At this time I did not know she was the owner,so I called back to ask to speak to the owner the girl that picked up said you just talked to her and hung up .. I will never trust my kids at this place very rude people
