First... the last review was 5 years ago. From what Ive heard, Arrowhead is not what it used to be.Second... I absolutely LOVE Arrowhead and Im so glad I put my kids there. Yes, PUT them there. I wanted them out of TPS and made the decision to move them to BA schools. What a difference!! The classes arent so full that theyre overflowing. The teachers are really nice and willing to help. The staff in general are very friendly, and the principal is literally the most amazing person in education Im ever met. She will not be there next year but the new principal is an amazing replacement. Ive never seen a school go so far out of there way to help the kids learn, and not just in the usual ways. They do creative, fun things that break out of the same old box that bores kids. The have events that pull the entire school together, have weekly inspirational quotes; they have a wedding for the letters Q & U so the kindergartners remember they always go together, they reward classes with a golden abacus for the one who does the best in math (an on-going competition) and many, MANY other ways of grabbing the kids attentions. They also make it very easy for parents to be involved and do not shut them out in ANY way. Your kids are CARED ABOUT here!!

This is a great school. I went there 1-5 grade. Any negative reviews on this school are wrong. This the best school I have every gone to in the district. The staff are great and caring. The students are very friendly. I think this is the best school in Broken Arrow.

I went here 4th and 5th grade of course.. Im an adult now. But I have lasting memories from a great school.

The principal is horrible. He treats people with health issues rudely, and according to his staff doesnt speak professionally about parents. The secretary is awesome though, and a few of the teachers are awesome. Some of the teachers are horrible to kids with special needs. Teachers dont stop bullying which is sad, it was a really big problem last year. One specific teacher was very rude about it.
