This is not the greatest service. The only way to talk to these people is to go in and talk to them. It is the only way to get things done with this service. You can call but the service will send you to a line thinking you will be able to talk to them. BUT the end result will be leaving a message with the transit system. They may get back with you that day. But every time I call it comes back to me sometime later that week. No customer service and you end up being pushed to another service. all in all making this very bad. Not helpful for any parent.

I can understand some of the reviews from others but I have have a helpful experience with them at the end of last year was a chaperone for a school event, and I had managed to leave a backpack with purse & all of the makeup my teens require I had to Contact the teacher we were with, and quickly returned my text for help with the number of transportation department, and I ended up leaving a mssg, it was a Friday thru the weekend my girls were freaking out about it.. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not take long before I received a call back.. Someone cleaning the bus had found our belongings. I was able pick them on Monday morning. The lady that I spoke to was very nice and helpful..

The bus driver this year has been coming anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes earlier than what I was told to have my child out at the stop. Yesterday 3 kids from my neighborhood missed the bus due to his early arrival time. After trying speaking to the rude receptionist at the bus barn who just talks over you and transfers you to some service that is unusable, I decided to just speak with the driver myself. Hopefully he starts coming at his scheduled time. I dont want my child having to wait at 6:30 am, in the dark, during winter for 20 minutes just so she doesnt miss the bus. Its ridiculous.

The busses are never on time and the people who answer the phones are rude af

The bus has missed my kids stop like 7 times this year. Not only my kids wait they have actually seen it drive right by and other students have told morning driver that they are missing stops and driver does nothing!!!

Gave me the wrong information and I missed my bus, sometimes the bus never comes so I have to ride my bike to school or my parents take me. Broken arrow is the worst school in oklahoma.

Student put on wrong bus Noone knows where he is 1&1/2 hours later ended up at bus barn.no call to parent.This is a 1st grade special needs child.they dont return calls and the information is always wrong.
