Janet was the absolute best instructor. She made everyone feel comfortable and is super nice. I took the CMA night class and it was a very smooth process to enroll and get started. I would definitely recommend Wings in the future.

Great group of people that do an excellent job training. Our company hires as many of the Wings graduates as we can find. Highly recommend Wings for C.N.A./C.M.A. training.

I did not end up taking there course, reason why is because I spoke to them on the phone multiple times and each time told them what class I wanted to enroll in and they would always confuse the evening class I wanted to take with the morning class. I still have the email when they said the evening class had seats availiable so I immediatly signed up and paid the $685. Three days later they emailed me back and asked AGAIN what class I wanted to take, so I told them, again, what class I wanted to take. They responded that it was full and next one was in July. They did not update their website until AFTER I told them there was no waiting list for that date on the website. They seem very unorganzied. Two girl I know who actually took there course said they are unorganized and just sat around a lot. I am giving them two stars because they did send me back my refund I requested minus the processing fee.

I took the home health class and it was a giant joke. The instructor was unorganized, and didnt have correct facts about basic health care knowledge. I felt as if I wasted my time and money going through them for this certificate. I would NOT recommend this place.

Horrible training. Classes are conducted in a very unprofessional manner with low budget approach (overhead is read... then you write it all down). The training is heavily focused on how to pass the state exam and much less on teaching you how to be a CNA. I would not recommend this company for any of your training needs.

I enrolled in Wings Health care training for CMAA class. Its been years since Ive gone to school so I was extremely nervous, to say the least. Jasmine is my instructor for this 10 day course and shes been amazing. Its extremely easy to learn from her. Ive succeeded far beyond my expectations and am confident I will pass my national test. Im thankful, for Jasmine. Shes made this class fun and kept it light. Shes relatable and personable. If I had to take a class over or came back for CNA class, I would absolutely want her as my instructor!

This place is a joke. I was discriminated for becoming friends with people they assumed were druggies, so 3 of us had to miss classes bc we were told we had to take a drug test and we went and all 3 PASSED our drug test its called discrimination and assumption. So, I had to wait 4 days for my drug test to come back and missed a whole week for nothing. Then since I passed and they knew I was mad they kept on trying to catch me doing anything and the teacher lied and told her boss I cussed I mean are we in High School???? They then told me I wasnt aloud to finish the program which put me in a stroke level anxiety attack was taken by ambulance from the school. Needless to say I would never recommend this place they have no curriculum and on top of that Ive already bridged to the RN program during that time so their little LPN teachers that cant teach...karma will come. God doesnt like ugly nor liars! Plus its a trailer its taught in smh with out dated books and everything!

Wings Training Facility treated me very poorly. My instructor Mrs.Kelly was very nice and easy to work with However the last 2 days of my 2 week CNA training I had an unprofessional instructor whom Humiliated me in front of the whole classroom by pointing me out and speaking about what I had said in an ANONYMOUS Survey. She did not like that I wrote about her being late to our Clinical hours , Not offering help when it was asked of her and for being on her Cell phone most of time. My last day being there she was hateful had an attitude an snapped at me and a few other students in class. I notified the school by email and phone and they said they were sorry and offered me a free day with a different instructor to brush up on my skills before my State test. I showed up on the free day only to sit there in an empty parking lot for 1 whole hour waiting. I called and left another message . I received a call from the school while I was in a Drs. Appointment . That they were aware of and knew the exact time i was goint to be unavailable and they called exactly at that time .In this Voice mail They said they were sorry and they forgot. They forgot I was Scheduled and Offered to schedule me another Free day . I would NOT recommend this facility to Anyone. I have talked with several other CNA courses and they all offer 1 on 1 help when asked. Wings was very unprofessional and Disorganized.
