I have a daughter that goes to Palmer Lake Elementary. She started in Kindergarten and now shes in First grade. The teachers are so wonderful! We love the school! They have class dojo that you can see how your child is doing in school everyday. Parents can communicate with teacher daily too. I checked my childs progress every hour of the day and loving it! My child brings math and reading homework every night. Its so good to see my child busy doing homework each night. I love this school! Awesome Staff too!

Palmer Lake is evolving into a science and technology focused school, grades Pre-K through 5. In 2016, the school is embracing student-centered instruction, learning-studio responsive classrooms, a dedicated science lab and science teacher, a dedicated technology lab and teacher, an expanded music program with music lab and more new methods being implemented. Free breakfast for all students, excellence in physical education, computer lab as a normal part of instruction and support for gifted students. Palmer Lake is a neighborhood school looking to the future for students, making this a great place for kids to learn and grow.

Its an OK school, some teachers either dont do anything or they are just flat out bums and the lunch there was pretty bad, the milk was usually past is expiration date and the lunchroom was always dirty and not kept well. it was obvious my 5th grade teacher didnt like me or my friends the way she treated us, we where always getting yelled at for no reason and she lied to our parents and wouldnt stop teasing kids about the bad things they did in the beginning of the year and they MADE us go outside for recess even though it was cold outside, the only good thing about the school was the students, and the school is always trying to say how good it is but its a lie, if i had a choice i wouldnt come here, every positive review here is most likely a lie, this school was OK but it FOR SURE doesnt deserve 5,4 or 3 stars

I hated this school. During lunches, I didnt want to eat because the food was frickin disgusting. Then, when I refused once more, the lunch para literally grabbed the thing and shoved it into my mouth. I was forced to take a bite of something her dirty, filthy hands had touched...
