I would highly recommend the Family Montessori to anyone and everyone!!! The owner is amazing and is always there and extremely involved. The staff are incredibly kind, caring, loving and nurturing. My daughter has learned beyond my expectations. My son will also be going there in the near future. I absolutely love this school!!! Thank you for taking such great care of my child!!!

Best preschool in town! After touring almost all preschools in town, I sent my little one here. Now she has stayed here for over 2 yrs and Ill say its the right choice! The owner is always super positive and so is the school. She knows all the kids so well including their acedemic progress, social ability and characters. All the teachers are more than nice and willing to talk to parents about the kids. After 2 yrs study here, my kid learned a lot about phonics and its exciting to see her reading simple words/books independently. Glad I sent my kid here 2 yrs ago!

I enthusiastically recommend The Family Montessori. My daughter thrives on the rich and varied Montessori curriculum including lessons in language, mathematics, geography, science, culture, art, yoga, Spanish, and character education. She absolutely loves learning. In addition, she is learning how to be a good leader and care for others.The school is well organized with clear rules and regulations, tidy classrooms that are cleaned every day and a shaded, newly renovated (up to code) playground. The teachers are well-trained and participate in on-going educational opportunities. The staff clearly love children and communicate easily and regularly with parents. I am very thankful that my daughter has the chance to attend this outstanding school.

As we were looking for preschools for our daughter, we wanted to find a safe, constructive, and engaging environment for her. We knew her high energy level would be challenging for her teachers, and because she did not speak English at the time that she would need a fair amount of personal attention. The Family Montessori greatly exceeded our expectations in all of these aspects. We did not know much about the Montessori philosophy before starting, but we quickly realized that it was exactly what we were looking for. Sunita puts a tremendous amount of care and diligence into running her school. She takes the time to know each child personally and is very good at reassuring nervous parents. She works closely with her teachers to monitor the progress of each child and focuses key lessons and exercises to help them overcome their difficulties. She also maintains strong communication with parents to help them reinforce classroom learning and values such as independence, perseverance, time management at home.Sunita and all of the teachers at The Family Montessori are very loving toward the children, which makes them want to learn and be at school each day. The children learn how to use kind words by example from their teachers, and they are always able to get hugs when they need them. For us, the biggest accomplishments of The Family Montessori were to build confidence in our daughter and impart a joy for learning. She has started kindergarten now, but she still remembers her old teachers and thinks of them often. We are very happy to recommend The Family Montessori to any parents who are looking for a place for their children to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our grandson zen loves going to school there everyday. . We love the homely friendly caring atmosphere. I recommend it highly.

My son has been to three different programs over the last three years and the Family Montessori is by far the best. We feel really lucky to be in a place where care is taken not just to teach the children, but to explain to the children why they do the things that they do. Sunita promotes a true Montessori program and that is not easy to find. The students are given clear ground rules that my son goes over with me all the time and are taught to be self-directed, honest, caring, careful... and the list goes on and on. Both Sunita and Christi are excellent with the children and I feel like they really care about working with parents to help develop our children into well rounded individuals. I have, indeed seen the fruits of their labor and I couldnt be happier.

We found family Montessori when a teacher moved from another Montesorri school where our daughter attended at its closing. We could not be happier about that change! The teachers here are incredible! We visited many local places to find the right place for our daughter but the staff made the decision too obvious and easy. The actual classrooms and activity stations are the best we saw anywhere. The curriculum is always clear, concise and set up to each childs individual levels. Our daughter has learned so much in a very short time. They even have parent-teacher conference days with Mrs. Sunita to update you on your childs specific progress and challenges.We love that our daughter is being taught not only academic things but also social skills and the reasons why those things are so very important too.When we come to pick up no shouting, running around or some of the craziness we have seen at other places. This is like a school not a daycare, even though all the children are not of school-age yet. It is a safe, clean and loving environment that set our minds at ease on the first visit. Highly recommended by our family!
