They came and did a class for the Womens Organization I am apart of and it was wonderful! They were so kind and helpful to our specific stresses. The breathing techniques and mediation we did made us all feel so relaxed and our stress levels uniformly went down! Seems like a great place for college aged kids or anyone else battling stress in their daily lives. Absolutely amazing- would definitely consider going here for mediation classes!!!!

The ultimate relaxation and meditation place!!!! Beautiful decor, great smell, amazing ambiance!!! I came by to check this place out, and I was highly impressed!!! Who wouldve knew something soooooo beautiful and peaceful existed here??? I will definitely be coming back :)
