I took dance when I was a kid and growing up and I always wished I could take a fun class for adults. I wanted something relaxed and fun, so I didn’t feel pressure to meet anyone’s standard other than my own. I can’t say enough good things about the vibe of this business and it’s owners/instructors. They are teaching dances that people WANT to learn, in a way that ANYONE can learn.

Whether you would like to start dancing for the first time, or continue where you had left off, this is the place to be! Musicality Central welcomes you with open arms. Class is filled with laughter, celebration of working together, and you will never feel like you are “new.” Routines are taught at a slow pace, so a vast range of levels may follow along. I had never taken a dance class in my life, but I love dancing for fun and I wanted to find a way to exercise and move my body that I didn’t dread. I stumbled upon Musicality Central and convinced myself to sign up for a Hip Hop 4 Starters class. I was nervous that I would be way out of my league, but Susie and Rishone put me at ease right away. They create an environment that’s laid back and fun but also challenges you to improve each week. I look forward to class every week now!

Susie and Rishone are patient, dedicated, and passionate teachers and their enthusiasm for dance is simply contagious! They make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I came into their classes with very little dance experience and I because of their encouragement have become so much confident in my abilities. Highly recommend!!

OMG! You will absolutely love a musical aerobics class with this dynamic duo. Such supportive and motivating instructors with more energy and positivity than anyone I know. I’m 50 so there is no age limit. I have never taken a dance class and haven’t done aerobics since the 80’s so skill, coordination or rhythm is not required. Just show up in your tennies & bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. The awesome workout is hidden in all the fun. You will laugh and dance and laugh and dance but the next day you will say “Where did that muscle come from?” This is the funnest class in my workout schedule and wouldn’t think of missing it. Get.there.now!! You won’t regret it. ♥️

Susie and Rishone are great dance instructors. I have taken the Dance Aerobic classes and they are so much fun and a great cardio workout. You can take this class as a beginner with no dance experience. Those two make it a lot of fun! They always help if you need help. I have also taken the dance classes before and when I struggled they either saw it and showed the steps slower or I could ask them questions about steps. I highly recommend them!

As someone who has ZERO dance experience, I was intimidated to start attending a class of adults and worried about judgment being passed on me. Thankfully, I walked into Rishone and Susie’s class and their atmosphere is unparalleled. They are accepting, non judgmental, helpful and passionate people that encourage you to not only do your best but will discuss things outside of class, check in and genuinely care about you! I couldn’t imagine my life without them!

I was terrified to come to class and break out of my shell, but was always interested in dancing. When I came to my first class, Susie and Rishone were so welcoming. They took the time to walk you through each step and made sure you got it before moving on. Never once making you feel uncomfortable. I’m on my 6th class now and I’m so glad I made the decision to come! Can’t wait for class tonight!!

I struggled for a while finding a studio that did adult hip hop classes. After seeing a friend of mine post a video in musicality central’s class I started doing more research and then reached out to them on Instagram! Their response time was almost immediate and assuring me that class will be fun and it was okay to be nervous! The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming. Susie and Rishone are not only super friendly and personable, they are incredible teachers taking everything at their students pace, going over the history of the movement and just making sure everyone is having a good time!So happy I started taking classes here and recommend it to everyone always!

Glad to have you. Do you feel self conscious about movement sometimes? YUP- join the rest of us. No matter what your skill level or where you’re coming from, studio co-owners and teachers Susie and Rishone are going to meet you where you’re at and create a comfortable environment right from the moment that class begins.Speaking of Rishone and Susie, they are two of the best teachers you will ever encounter. They are committed to BOTH helping you learn as well as ensuring that you have fun. I’ve danced for most of my life and I have rarely experienced both of these *so* well. They have put a lot of time and energy into creating the best learning environment for students; they genuinely care about your learning, and hold themselves to a high standard of choreographing and teaching.In addition to choreography classes where you learn hip-hop technique (at different levels of skill/experience), they also offer aerobics-type classes – like Zumba but with better choreography and music (in my opinion). You don’t have to have any dance experience to enjoy these, but dancers tend to love them because it feels more like dancing than working out (it’s actually both, equally... shhh).There are flexible and affordable payment options: pay for one class at a time, buy a 5- or 10-class pack, or buy an unlimited month at a time! Save those pennies.Musicality Central classes are consistently the highlight of my day, week, and month. You won’t regret giving it a try.

Musicality Central is 2 instructors that have a very strong passion for not only dance, but also empowerment via their teaching methods.They will push you enough that you are like yeah idk about this but by the end of the class you are like eeeeoooowwww i got this!!They have a class for everyone. Susie and Rishone are also very understanding of injuries and have no problem giving modifications where needed.Do iiiiit!!!!!!

I have been a student of Rishone and Susie for about a year now. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the both of them as individuals and instructors, but also about the experience they give each student in the studio.Taking a class with Rishone and Susie isn’t just a physical experience athletically, but a positive mental experience. Not only have their classes improved my physical health, but my mental health increased drastically.I have been a dancer for years-and I love the challenge that their routines give me. Although I do think their routines are challenging-the way they break down the choreography is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. They care so much about each individual dancer in the room and go out of their way to make everyone comfortable, while teaching at a pace that keeps every individual in mind. Everyone can dance, and they make sure to emphasize that their classes are inclusive-for everyone!!! ✨💫I have taken hip hop for starters, intermediate hip hop, and all out aerobics with Musicality Central. Choreo Tuesdays are nothing but high energy, positive vibes, and incredible choreography executed by trained and passionate dancers. Rishone and Susie always come prepared with routines that are just phenomenal. They also start each class describing the vibe of the routine, and give an extensive pep talk (which we all need most times!). Rishone and Susies pep talks are some of my favorite parts of class.As for all out aerobics- I can’t even begin to stress how fun and stress-free the class is. You get an incredible cardio, and core workout while receiving positive reinforcement AND listening to some of the best jams Spotify has to offer!! What’s more to love?!I have never been so pleased with a business in my life. If you have an itch to dance-do not hesitate to take a class with Rishone and Susie. You will not be disappointed.
